This restaurant is very beautiful and extremely popular. You definitely have to have reservations. It’s ranked #7 legendary restaurants in the world. The food was good, not amazing. I got the pork knuckle for one and my husband got smoked pork and sausage. Both of our meats were on the dry side. Both of us loved the sauerkraut (cabbage). It was very delicious!! My husband also had the bean soup in the bread bowl and he loved it! For dessert we had the cake with homemade ice cream with cherry sauce, and that was very tasty. Our server was good, considering how extremely busy the restaurant was today. I do recommend going to this place.

The experience lives up to expectations. The restaurant is located inside an old building, which adds a unique charm, featuring several beautifully styled dining rooms. The cream of vegetable soup was absolutely spectacular, and the goulash was flavorful and perfectly prepared. A truly unforgettable experience!

Beautiful place. Food was really good. The ribs were cooked to perfection. There was a performance going on while we were having lunch so that was great timing. Also on another occasion tried their lunch menu which was absolutely value for money. The portions were big. As long as you're not going during holidays where it's extremely busy, service will be quick.

Stunning restaurant in a historic building from 1879. The interiors are so impressive. The food is lovely, we had two delicious traditional soups, one served in bread. Service was good. The place was super busy, it's a good idea to book in advance!

Outstanding pork knuckle (largest I've ever seen). If you think you can eat it all - think again. Great service and local beer. If you're into good food this is the place for you. Deeply recommend. Live music (on occasions).
