I can say that the hotel is generally clean—sheets, towels, and bathrooms are all satisfactory. However, it desperately needs a thorough renovation. The carpet, curtains, and furniture in the room are very old and worn out. Charging for water in such a hotel is truly absurd. I was charged €4.5 for a single bottle of water.

The reception staff were generally polite and problem-solving. However, I cannot ignore the extremely disrespectful and unpleasant behavior I encountered at both the hotel’s restaurant and cafe. Such impolite staff are unworthy of an elegant and distinguished establishment like this. For example, there was a sign on a table that read “reserved.” However, I noticed that the sign had been there for 3-4 days, and no one ever used the table. My friends and I simply wanted to have a quick coffee and leave. Even after explaining this to the waiter, we were rudely asked to leave the table, and the waiter even complained about us to the manager.

We only needed 5-10 minutes, and I had booked ten rooms at this hotel. I have never encountered such a disrespectful attitude in my life. I am planning to visit Belgrade 4-5 times this year, but I will never consider staying at this hotel again.

Yes...the Grand Dame of Beograd and a stunning building ....BUT....the entire hotel stinks of cigarette smoke.

Like..every person in the building is chain smoking Camels 24/7

I moved room 1st floor to 3rd but the smell of fresh smoke pumps into the room even with the AC off and window open

I would not stay again I'm afraid.

We usually always stay at Moskva whenever we are in Belgrade. It’s been 5 years since our last visit. Two times in a row there has been issues with the jacuzzi. This time the water was freezing. We spoke to spa team and they advised us it was 33 c which 💯 was not true. They said they would good a technician to look at it and again second day the jacuzzi was freezing.

Apart from the really cold water there was extremely bad behaved children and the spa staff refused to step in. One kid was trying to swim in  5X5 jacuzzi and doing hand stands.

Nothing has been upgraded in the room in five years we had the duplex and the sofa downstairs as you sit on it the metal prods your back as it’s a sofa bed probably 10-15 years old at least.

It is a real shame as it used to be our favourite hotel in Belgrade.

The massage was okay but the stones were not hot. This def will be our last stay.

better to stay at the Hilton which is located just down the road.

Hotel restaurant is always busy as being very popular in Belgrade from the days it was built.  The place lacks waiters so service knows to be very slow. In summer time, when the garden is open, you can easily be forgotten for an hour.  The best seats inside are in the smoking area.

The cafeteria has and romantic and old atmosphere amazing desserts bit the service below medium. Fèw servers for too many people. Only one for the inside balcony.  Expensive  to everything.  I will recommend to go for something small and fast for one time just to see  it
