Beautiful property and really nice good sized rooms. I highly recommend getting a room with a Terrace to appreciate the great veiws. The staff was incredible. Everyone was so helpful and nice.They went above and beyond for my Wife's birthday. The hotel is in a great central location to walk to see all the sites.

Great location, city center, easy to get to. Staff is very accommodating and attentive, friendly. Pretty /classic old world hotel. We had the good fortune to stay in the newest suite to be renovated, very spacious outdoor terrace looking out to the  Cathedral and other landmarks. All amenities you are looking for are within walking distance.

Our stay here was the highlight of our vacation! From the moment arrived, we were immediately greeted with friendly smiles and helpful staff members that made us feel welcome. Our room was clean, well-appointed, and quiet. The attention to every detail of guest comfort was noticed and appreciated. We added the breakfast buffet to our package and were very glad that we did. We aren’t normally breakfast eaters, but this was our favorite meal each day. At one point, my wife lost one of her AirPods and a staff member noticed me in the hallway looking around. When I explained what had happened, other staff members were summoned and they were able to help locate it.  Their concern was genuine and we would have never found it without their help. While sightseeing, we twice encountered staff members that were off-duty and away from the hotel.  In both cases, they recognized us and gave us enthusiastic and friendly greetings. The property is gorgeous, perfectly located, and comfortable. But it is the staff that really makes this hotel shine. Thank you for everything!

It is not even the shade of what it was. It is just business.
Today, both my wife and I went for the Sunday Brunch (65 euros per person) and it has been a huge deception because three main things:
- food and drinks quality
- service
- ambience

The quality of the fool is less than  average. It looks fantastic, but the taste and quality it is far from what you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Champagne/Cava was absolutely a joke. It what you would expect on your graduation with your colleagues when you were 18. Absolutely unacceptable at that price.

Regarding the service, not well trained and not many people. No idea on how to serve wine. Truly far from luxury.

The third point is just a consequence: people in trainers, t-shirt, sandals...far from glamorous.

It is sad to see how quality has gone through the sewage.

I believe the models works, so I don't expect the old good days to be back.

My wife and I were celebrating or 35 wedding anniversary with a Mediterranean cruise and we hired a cab to take us to Seville.  Upon our arrival we entered the Hotel Alfonso XIII for refreshments and directions.   As we entered we experienced a delightful scent of flowers that reminded me of Louis Vuitton’s “Les Sables Roses” throughout the lobby.  As we enjoyed the beautiful architecture we were escorted to an open courtyard where we relaxed with the sparrows frolicking in the centered fountain.  After a short wait we indulged in decadent desserts and literally the best espresso martinis I have ever had.  On our way out we stopped at the front desk to inquire about sites and directions when we met “India”, a lovely young lady who was so gracious and accommodating it inspired me to write this review.  She is certainly an inspiration and a definite asset to the hotel.  She is one of many that this establishment can be proud of.  If you’re ever in Seville be sure to enjoy this unique experience.
