Recommended by our hotel staff. Excellent food and service. Our server Ismael was great! Both nights! This is not the cheapest joint around but you get what you pay for. The quality is excellent and the wine list is sufficiently deep. I would recommend the blue label rioja I posted if they still have it. The foie gras and steak are both on the rare side but we didn't get sick. That speaks to the quality of the ingredients. They also brought out a hot plate to heat the aged steak more if you prefer.

Excellent experience both nights! Highly recommended if you want something a bit higher class and have it be worth it.

We needed a meal that wasn't tapas (as nice as that is), and our meal here was outstanding. Our waiter was excellent and made several great recommendations on food and drink. Very traditional in its setting but with a very diverse clientele. Really interesting menu, well cooked and presented.

Lovely ambience (inside). Welcoming greeting. Shown to reserved table. Starter of two different types of oysters was excellent. Specifically the cornille ones. The paella was delicious with generous seafoods.
We chose two different white wines. Both very good.
Service was excellent and to fine dining standard.

One of the finest and cozy restaurant so far in Seville.The staff is a friendly and nice selection of red wine .Seabass  was cooked to perfection, pork loin was nice just need more attention before was served  to the table. But overall one of the nicest meals and atmosphere.Waiting for the dessert

My family and I had a wonderful time at Casa Robles. very close to the Cathedral and the atmosphere was one of elegance. You can see the traditions of Spain throughout the meal. The service was impeccable, and the food was the freshest I had in Seville. Make sure you save some space for dessert as my kids fell in love with them.
