Lovely hotel in a great location. We had a very spacious room on the fourth floor. Beds very comfortable. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, but did enjoy the afternoon tea, and sitting on the terrace. I'd definitely stay there again

Outstanding hotel.Very clean, room was lovely and well appointed. The hotel is beautiful-and grand with high ceilings and elegant decor. Breakfast was perfect. Delicious and ample. The location cannot be beat —close to the old city, the Picasso Museum, and a walkable to a couple of Gaudi’s architectural masterpieces. To top it off the provided champagne and cake for my husband’s birthday! The reception staff were helpful, warm and gracious. They provided restaurant suggestions that were excellent-within a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. Ivan’s at the front desk was especially helpful. Great experience all around!

A beautiful hotel in an outstanding area
Close to wonderful restaurants, shopping, and attractions.

The front desk staff (Oscar & Cristina) were incredible.  Very friendly and helpful.  They provided excellent service and were also very professional.

The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very clean

The terrace was very nice.  We enjoyed the complimentary tea service every afternoon.

We would highly recommend this hotel.  We were 4 women traveling together and always felt safe

This hotel is beautiful, and there is a lovely breakfast spread in the mornings. It is clean and comfortable, although not a lot of space in the rooms for clothing. Definitely need to live out of your suitcase. We experienced problems with the heating and air conditioning. All rooms are on the same thermostat, so despite individual controllers in the rooms, it doesn’t matter what you set the temp to. The temp the first night was very cold, despite trying to heat the room, and the temp the second night was very warm. Great location, and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Location:
The location was absolutely superb! It’s conveniently situated near major stores and attractions, making it an ideal base for exploring the city.

Rooms:
The rooms were spacious, but there were some drawbacks. There was a slight mold smell near the entrance, and the shower's water pressure was extremely low, which was disappointing. We were informed this was due to local water-saving regulations, though we experienced better pressure at another hotel nearby. The pillows were very uncomfortable, and we discovered that the air conditioning only provides heating during the winter. However, the staff provided us with a fan upon request, which resolved the issue.

Service:
The staff were kind, attentive, and welcoming, which made our stay more pleasant despite the room issues.
