We stayed at this lovely hotel just a few days ago. The rooms were a bit smaller than we expected as it was a challenge with our luggage, however, it was clean and comfortable. I cannot say enough about the staff. They were friendly and welcoming. I must recognize Borja. He was the best! He gave us a list of things to see, taste and experience. We did almost everything he suggested and it made our trip to Valencia just perfect. We will definitely visit Valencia again to experience more of the beautiful city, its surroundings and people! Thank you for a great stay!

Had a really wonderful time at this hotel. The location is great. The rooftop pool is lovely and quiet. But I really have to give credit to the staff. They were so wonderful to us. From the minute we entered the hotel lobby. Borja was there to give us a very warm welcome. Thank you Gemma and Martina at the reception during the day and helping us with all our requests. Thank you Hugo for showing us the bikes and getting us the chocolate we like. Thank you Kevin for the great night reception service. 100% recommend this hotel. A vacation to remember 🫶.

I loved our stay at the Autograph!

Service was 5* from the beginning and me and my partner were treated very well during our stay.

Bedrooms clean, full of amenities and loved the decor. The breakfast was also great and they did me a vegan avocado on toast upon request!

We’ll be returning for sure!

I would put minus 5 stars if I could. Avoid this hotel at all costs if you don’t want to be left without a room with no notice.

I had a booking and long story short, they had a problem with their rooms and didn’t feel like calling me ahead to tell me, so when I arrived from the airport at 9pm, I had no room, all the other hotels in the area were already fully booked, and they sent me to a cheap crappy hotel of their group at the other side of town instead.

I told them I’d have dinner whilst they would look for another solution like a similar standing hotel in the area instead. They barely tried to find another solution. They didn’t offer to pay for my dinner, they didn’t offer to refund me for the difference in prices between the rooms, nor for the taxi there, and so on.

Problems can happen in hotels and I understand, but usually the staff feels sorry for it and try to make it up to customers. In this case they couldn’t care less. A shameful service.

Btw I wasn’t the only one. Just overheard in the hotel bar that they did this to other customers too so it’s a common practice for them
