Good but not the best tapas place we visited. Definitely a strong 4,5 based on creativity.
Visually, the best place to "eat with your eyes". The best pintxos was the duck roll with spring onion and hoi sin sauce. Rest looked amazing and tasted O.K.
If you're looking for a romantic venue, move along- this place was very busy, played hard metal and hard a strong "white prison light".

However, we found the taste of the bob limon to be nothing special.

Easily one of the best pintxo bar around. Inventive, fine cuisine, friendly staff. It's our all-time favorite in all Donostia, I have eaten here over ten times. Eat from the menu to get the hot dishes and definitely try Bob Limón as dessert, it is spectacular. Be ready to accommodate for some waiting time and a little pushing during high season as it is usual in most of the good bars. Or come at opening time. I was able to sit several times, so it's all up to the timing.

This has got to be one of the most creative pinxto bar I've ever visited in Spain! But the key is to order from the board rather than taking from the pinxto bar. Make sure you order the smoked cod (2nd from the top of the board menu), the suckling pig, and last but not least, the passionfruit dessert that pops in your mouth!

important info : it is always super full and you have to fight to get inside and the staff is really stressed so they might not be as friendly but they are actually really polite and if you ask them something they will answer back.  The food is incredible,  like no other Pintxos around the area,  they totally live up their hype.  It is really unique and worth going.  Honestly,  it's not as expensive as other places.  Great experience

They do things just a little different here. The shop looks more modern and so do the pintxos, just a little different, just a lil fancier. You'll choose your favorites, collect them on your plate and pass them to the gentlemen behind the counter. They grill, cook or prepare them any possible way and you'll get them back in full beauty. Nice change-up to the classics.
