For me a perfect restaurant trying to lose some weight.   This " famous" soft and tender etc.  Brisket.  Was totally not what I am used to get in Texas.  Probably I just arrived on a off day. Just boil/ smoke??  Cheap meat long and you get this effect.  But the trick is to contain the flavour and moisture.  Which both was simply missing.   And looking at a price of 18 euro for 200 gram of Cheap pork meat.  Sorry. Just a bad deal. I could not even finish the 200gram. To make it complete.   This Mac N' Cheese.   Really.  Are you serious?  This original will be with some very nice tasty ( preferable old style and 3 different types) cheddar cheese.  And would have a rich, cheese smell, tast.  Ok. The price was an indication.  I guess the ambient, the idea how the food is prepared/ served ( which is not...)  must make it popular.   My opinion, not go here if you looking for some good food.  And for sure not for the "friendly " service of the guy downstairs.  I like the comment.." each meal is served served with....  " look at the pictures.   Don't suspect a lot.  Amazing thing as well.  If you as waitresses collect this prity full plate.  And not ask.. is something wrong??  I guess you used to it 😉  Must say the wine, Zinfandel,  is very nice and reasonably priced..  16/ 20 dollars in the US.  But ok.  We're in Sweden. Ps.  I still try to figure out the white piece of bread 🍞

A cozy place with great food.
You get seated and wait for a buzzer to go off, then you go and choose your proteins and slides, you can discuss amount/slices of each meat and will be charged on the weight.
Brisket was to die for, and the baked beans were close second. I ordered way too much, but everything tasted amazing. (Jalapeno sausage, burnt ends, lean and fat brisket, one chicken wing, small mac and cheese and baked beans)
There are also different bbq sauces on each table.

I'm definitely coming back for more and can't wait to try the rest of the menu.

Very nice selection of local brews. Totally recommend the Big Bone Brew’s « hook up » on tap! Very friendly and helpful staff.
Didn’t try the food but they have options for vegetarians and vegans on the menu.

Very nice inside court and decor overall.

This place - lord give me strength is so good!
Totally unique in what you would usually find in a European street and amazing for it.
