Nestled in the heart of London at 38 William IV Street, Rosetta offers a charming escape into authentic Italian cuisine. This cozy restaurant is renowned for its warm ambiance, inviting locals and travelers alike to indulge in a genuine taste of Italy right in the bustling city. From the moment you step inside, the aroma of freshly baked bread and simmering sauces transports you to a quaint trattoria in Rome.

Very charming authentic Italian restaurant. I had the Luisa panini and my wife had the Pasquale Piadina. The Piadina is a flat bread, comes out a little cracker ish when headed. Not as heavy as the panini. I preferred the panini. The meats served here are out of this world, so good. It was suggested to get a glass of the Lugana, wine from a winery of a friend he knows in Italy, it was delicious. Highly recommend it. We also watched  the staff meet the special requests of other patrons. 
Other features, free wifi and plug in. Homemade soup and a happy hour. Nice guys here, check it out.

My wife and I went to Rosetta in the spring and after many visits to many restaurants in Rome, Florence, Orvieto, Lucca and the like, I may enjoyed this little shop as much as anything I have visited.  It is small, yes, and only so many will fit in it at one time, but it is well worth the wait.  The owner and the people who work there are personal and open their arms to welcome you into their restaurant.  Do yourself a favor and let them decide for you what you should try.  Best part about it is they will not focus on the higher end plates that cost more money; they ask questions and give you some ideas before offering their choice.  The food, and we all had something different, but incredible.  We just shared with each other.  The wine was wonderful and the cheese plate that ended the meal was just beyond what we usually get elsewhere.  We will be traveling back to London in April and will make the effort to find our favorite little restaurant.  Wonderful people, wonderful place, wonderful experience.
