Can't rate this experience highly enough. If you have any interest in guitars or music, this is an absolutely amazing place.

Truly felt like a kid in a candy store, breathtaking guitars amazingly presented.

The customer service is second to none, in store and even before my visit. I have been well and truly looked after by Michael Donnelly at the Gibson Garage, he has taken time to send me pictures of guitars that might interest me, answer countless questions and even gone out of the way to find guitars that he knew I would like. He made the experience truly special. I am very hopeful his Line Manager sees this review and he is rewarded, he is a valuable asset to the Gibson Garage. I work in sales myself so I know how difficult it is to find people that really care and consistently show interest and passion for thier job, well done Michael.

I had a great time and can't wait to get there again.

I don’t own a guitar but, on seeing this store for the first time, I had to go in!  This store is beautiful, and the range of both electric and acoustic guitars, plus merchandise, is incredible.

I explained to a member of staff that I was just browsing but would report back to a friend who is a guitar enthusiast.  Nevertheless, he was very happy to show me around and for me to take pictures.  I now feel the urge to buy a guitar for myself!

The store has apparently only been open for eight months.  If you’re a guitar enthusiast you must visit.  An amazing store with great staff.

Popped in on a busy Saturday with my son, security on door, very polite, made us feel welcome. Great collection of Guitars, well displayed, very polite staff, professional, very helpful, really know their product, my boy was very happy visiting, and got to try two excellent guitars.

A fantastic experience, the staff were really friendly and very knowledgeable.  A great range of guitars (especially the Les Pauls) including some custom guitars exclusive to the shop, and a great choice of merchandise too.  I can’t wait to go back again next time I am in London 👍🏻😊
