When going, clarify who should pay. First time my partner and our little bought 2 tickets and they were taken by the person at the gate. Second time I went, the cashier person told me I only needed to buy 1 ticket. So we paid extra for the first ride, which is £4 each.

This is one of the most expensive and worst carousels we’ve seen . they require children with special needs to have a fare paying adult, where most carousels don’t require or allow the adult to be free. Run away .. Avoid and catch a better one elsewhere .. the 2 men who worked there unprofessional They yelled at me and my kids in a rude way front everyone cause we don’t understand what he wants to say for us ! also the short man who worked there chose the place inside the carousel for us and he didn’t let us chose where we wanted to be .. he didn’t stop saying i’ll lose my job ! he scared my kids .. after that he asked us to go out!. Bad experience ever

A very beautiful, picturesque carousel just a short walk away from the London Eye. 🎡🎠 It goes moderately fast from what I remember. The carousel is a perfect ride for all ages and I'd definitely recommend a simple casual visit to this sweet spot. However, the drawbacks are that whenever the carousel is spinning, it makes an unusual loud noise that is annoying to the ears. Also, I wouldn't recommmend this carousel for fans of traditional fairground music as the band organ on the centre pole wasn't seeming to be playing any music. 🔈 That organ was something which I was really looking forward to, so I was somewhat disappointed by the fact. 🙁 I gave 4 stars in this review because the carousel ride itself is a wonderful experience but the presence of the strange noise and the lack of authentic band organ music removes 1 star from it. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is the best carousel, I have been on. Most importantly it is clean, tidy, spotless, colourful and it actually does what it meant to do, go actually UP & DOWN properly. Top it all up all staff are super friendly a rare sight in London and very reasonable price £3.50. I also like the fact that everyone is priced same no nonsense. Highly recommended for parents with young children.
