Great bar, friendly staff and decent music. The drinks were reasonably priced but there were few options on the ground floor bar and it didn’t appear to be very busy, although this may be due to the time of night that I attended

The place is nice, I consider it a good option for gay club in Soho. I spent 10 pounds to go downstairs to the club, but for the bars upstairs you don’t need to pay to enter. The drinks are London-priced, so don’t be surprised to pay 8-16 pounds for a cocktail. I had a problem because other customer got my jacket from the couch by mistake, and the manager was very careful and helpful to me, in the end, I was able to get my jacket back (remember to use the coatroom next time).

Had an amazing night at Ku Bar as always, but what truly stood out was the incredible service from Trey and the security guard (unfortunately didn’t catch his name). I lost my bag during the night, and they went above and beyond to help me out. They not only found my bag but also contacted me to let me know it had been located. Their effort and kindness made a stressful situation so much easier. Huge thanks to them for their professionalism and care! Great atmosphere, fantastic staff, and a top-notch experience as usual. Highly recommend Ku Bar!

EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF. it was 25GBP for a double vodka soda and staff were extremely displeased about serving such a simple drink. I did notice that the Caucasian patrons got a smile and a thank you however I just got my drink just slammed on the bar and a walk away.
Ordered 3 x Double Vodka Soda upstairs- GBP75 anda single downstairs -GBP12. NOT A SINGLE THANK YOU THROUGHOUT. Come here only of yr white....IRONY is...bar is in Chinatown.

Bouncer wasn’t particularly friendly when I went, I had my ID out he said he didn’t care about that, they’d check it inside (they didn’t), he wanted to look in my bag.

Then the bar on the ground floor has the drink menu out on the bar but when I went to order a cocktail the bartender told me I had to go upstairs. Then he said nevermind and asked a waiter walking by to get it, and said I could drink it on the ground floor as long as I sat in the back or outside.

The staff was overall friendly and my drink was good, the space and its levels are just kind of confusing if you haven’t been before, so maybe ask the bartender if it’s your first time. Lower level is a club late at night I believe, upper level is another bar I guess, and ground floor is the bar (beer only?) and seating in the back half (waiter can bring drink menu items).
