We only ordered the Sticky Toffee Pudding which was the best I have ever had. Service was prompt and atmosphere was lively. You can't beat the view of Big Ben.

I was so hungry coming back to my hotel and we just strolled in had a great burger and I was fully satisfied. Good service too. I may be back before we head home.

Absolutely loved this gem. It's the perfect spot to have a cozy meal or just hang outside and have some beers. The interior decor is super tropical and festive. 
The vibe is vibrant, loud, fun, and inviting. The staff was great. The place was totally packed when we arrived, and they were having some sort of wedding reception upstairs, which I thought would make it difficult to get us a table, but it wasn't. 

Our table was great, nice big table in a cute corner made for a very enjoyable evening. 

We ordered the fish & chips & the chicken Schnitzel. 

The fish and chips were perfect. Crunchy, served with peas & the chips were large pieces of homemade potatoes fried to perfection. My husband ordered the Gamma Ray IPA, which he really enjoyed quite a bit. 

The Chicken Schnitzel was excellent. The chicken was fried golden brown but still tender and soft inside. I ordered it with mixed veggies and  the most delicious mushroom sauce. The sauce was so good that we finished it, and I'm not even a mushroom person. 

We had tried to come back here while on holiday in London, but 2 weeks is not enough time to repeat restaurants. 

It's really a great place to eat and hang out, plus walking distance from our hotel.

Fish and chips was to die for. Has to try this in London and The Rose did not disappoint. $16 £ and well worth it. Large price of fish, tons of thick chips, and hot peas. Was very good. The staff was kind and very attentive and wrapping up the meal with sticky toffee pudding was perfect. The balance was sweet and moist but I was so full! Highly recommend while in the Vauxhall area!

Food and service were good. The ambiance was okay and it was very loud and after a long day of visiting family it was a bit dislocating. It's a good place to pop in.

Came here by accident (convenient to hotel). It was excellent. Casual atmosphere, good vibe. Really good food. American speaking here, take that as you will but, if you're American you will like this place. Redwood City, CA. Peace.

Love the Rose!  We found this pub right away and visited 5 to 6 times during our 10 day trip.  Great drinks and food....and Wonderful staff!

Great food - lovely service! Facos was very helpful and the chef didn't mind our special requests! Drinks were also delicious! Would definitely recommend.
