Another good experience with friendly staff. I had an issue with my order and the manager sorted it out quickly. 

The Protein Power bowl with Thai sauce was  nice and a good sized portion. 

It was ready very quickly so was perfect to grab before jumping on a long train.

They advertise themselves as healthy, and probably not in the most flavorful of ways, taste wise. I had the butter chicken bowl with a wild berry kombucha. My wife chose a wrap. 

This was a spur of the moment stop at the Waterloo station, after our outing to the London Zoo. Convenience isn't always the best way to go. I found my chicken bowl to be rather dry with seasonings that didn't match my tastebuds. However, the Wild Berry Kombucha was delicious! She wasn't very thrilled with her wrap neither.

Not a great start to the morning. Service was haphazard and a bit unfriendly. We didn't hear the barista over the general noise when she asked a question about our order and when we went back to check on our coffee so gave MAJOR attitude and bobbled her head about while telling us that she had already asked us about the order and didn't get a response...she could have just made the order instead of trying to tell us off. Another of our coffees had been ordered with milk and when it wasn't inside we went back to get it and the guy helping the barista literally rolled his eyes and shook his head at my mother. The bagel sandwiches were bland and didn't have any seasoning. For a quick run in I would grab a prepackaged juice and fruit but not for hot food. Unsatisfying.
