We took the River Thames Friday Night Jazz tour.  It was excellent  the best duck I have had.  The jazz group was great pretty decent wine choice would suggest more reds from California  The service was excellent and the views were fantastic.  I highly recommend to get a great view of London

An horrible HORRIBLE experience with the New Years Eve cruise. We paid 180£ and weren't even allowed to enter the boat. Only 60-70 people over around 250 people were allowed to enter. All the others, like us, were waiting in the cold night for 2hours for NOTHING. Their RUINED our New Years Eve, impossible to do anything when you only get to know at 10pm that your boat will never get you. We are so disappointed. We got no apology from none of them. Waiting for a refund but who knows? I guess this company is just a scam and I am never gonna see my money back.

Horrendous - took my money but then  never sent tickets and ignored emails. Ex employee Jo (poor girl ended up taking the call) helped to fix the situation purely as a favour- only good thing I can say !

Don't do their NYE cruise, they don't dock under the c eye as advertised, but rather at their own moors miles away. It's a flipping sham.

We booked this for a hen party and was very disappointed. The boat was dirty, run down and steamed up so quickly you couldn't see through the windows for the entire cruise, might as well be in a normal dingy bar! The behind the bar area was disgusting, stacks of plastic cups, rubbish and bottles were tied to the wall with bits of old bits of string. The bar staff were incredibly rude and appeared too young to be stood behind the bar! The two girls served every man in a chatty and very flirty way which judging by the state of some of the men was a bit worrying!  After 3 of us stood for 30 minutes stood at a bar with less than 10 customers we asked why were being ignored. I really really don't know why but one of the girls began being quite threatening towards our group saying how her daddy actually owned the boat and she's doing as daddy taught her, and she could have us chucked off if she wanted. We hadn't been drinking before this and had been prepared to spend a lot of money at the bar but sadly they lost our custom quite quickly! I've worked in bars, shops, hospitals and have never seen anyone quite like it, would highly recommend better staffing, training and not employing your own children! Didn't try the food and the DJ was alright but save your money and go somewhere else. Sorry to be so blunt but it ruined my night!
