The best thing I can say about this place is that the food came out quickly and it was hot. The fish wasn't very good. The fries were decent. Service was quick. Tiny location, no seating anywhere near unless you get lucky with some stone benches. Would definitely not eat here again.

Food is bad. Never had fish burger that's bad. Two bites then I decide to go 
Fries look like homemade style. But not good at all. 
Prices are very high 

Staff are okay but not friendly. 

Go anywhere else to enjoy a meal but not here

Fish and chips was on my to do list when I went to London. This particular place is right on the Thames River by the London Eye. The service was ok.

 The fish and chips, I enjoyed them but they weren't really seasoned. I had to add vinegar and salt to give them a taste. But all in all I enjoyed it. I just hate I missed getting mushy peas to go with it.

Not good at all. Fish has skin on and it is all battered, which just preference wise wasn't my thing. The first itself had no flavor, even after dousing it in the vinegar and salt. Chips were also mediocre, no flavor. For a fast bite I think it's below average but decent.

Stay away. It's a tourist trap. My travel companions and I just arrived in London, and were checking out the London Eye since it was a 5 min walk from out hotel. While in the area we started to get a hungry. We decided to check this place out since it was so close, and ordered the fish and chips. The portions were huge (no complaint there) but it was beyond bland and funny tasting. There's so many other decent places to get fish and chips in London. Don't make the mistake we did!

This restaurant is the ultimate tourist trap of all tourist traps. Did I know this coming in? Yes. Why did I come here, you ask? I was tired, hungry, and honestly had a hard time finding other places to get Fish and Chips. It's a quick service restaurant that also has chicken tenders and a few other options, but I was getting the fish and chips to get somewhat of the London experience. The staff I encountered were pretty strange and a bit rude, and definitely had that "please order and get out of here" look on their faces. 

   The food was served quickly and came out fresh and hot. I went to go sit at an empty table, when an employee came up and told me I was not allowed to sit there and walked away. I went up to her, pointed at another table and asked if I could sit there. She said no, then proceeded to sit me down at a table with another family. They had about 40ish minutes until closing, so I assumed this was why she did that, but still. Now feeling confused and awkward, I found an empty table between two other families and sat myself there.

   The food was surprisingly very good. It came with one large piece of fried fish along with fries. It was a pretty big portion, therefore I couldn't even finish the whole thing.

   It's a doable place to go if you're near all the attractions an just want some food. By no means should you come here as a tourist looking for London's best fish and chips.

Great location near Big Ben and the London Eye. I wanted to try traditional fish and chips. Was upset that it was served warm and lacked flavor.

I really don't get the low review for this place because the fish and chips were actually very good. The ambiance is touristy and the place is really crowded for being close to London Eye. The place serve Fish & Chips, chicken, veggie patty and Hot Dog with fries but almost every patrons orders the fish & chips. 

In regard to the food, I actually like the taste and flavor of the fish & chips. 

Also there are good amount of seating area for you to find a seat inside.

Overpriced and pretty awful. I was tired, hungry, and standing next to the London Eye when I saw this place. Go to the McDonald's next door for better food (seriously).

A casual, fast-food place located inside the County Hall building along the same street with the London Eye.  I stumbled into this place looking for food among the hordes of people in line for London Dungeon, London Eye, or just snapping pictures along the river.

I came here for a quick dinner for carry-out: Fish and Chips for £7.50.  Its a large, single piece of fish that was fried nicely, good texture, and fairly seasoned well.  I liked the fact that it was not super oily.  Chips were thick-cut and also crispy - just could use more salt.  They have small packets of malt vinegar and ketchup as well.

I also found a nice bubble tea tent (Sanoya) right outside the restaurant.  The taro milk tea was smooth and sweet and paired well with the fish and chips!
