Out and about on our first day in the city and we were a bit hungry mid-afternoon. Skewers to the rescue! My husband and I shared an adana kebab with the rice, pita, and cabbage salad. This was perfect for two people for a light lunch. The meat was so flavorful, cooked to perfection. The rice was just right and the cabbage salad was excellent. My husband said he'd return just for that! The gentlemen working behind the counter were friendly and answered our questions. We finished the meal with the baklava - some of the best I've had. Sometimes it is overly sweet but not here at Skewers. We will happily go back for another lunch if our time permits during our stay. Excellent meal!

Awesome tasty place. Huge yummy portions.  Very cheap lunch specials . I will recommend this tiny place. They have outside sitting.  The cooks are super friendly.

Tiny space but huge, tasty portions - and at a reasonable price. Thank goodness for little "holes in the wall!" I'm spoiled with Mediterranean food in the Bay Area of California so my bar is high. Skewers did not disappoint.

Love this place. Staying nearby for a couple of weeks and this quickly by became our go-to  take-out place. Great food and great workers!

Had the lunch special lamb shish with salad and fries. Good portion. Tasty and delicious. Great value.
