Nestled on a quiet street in London's vibrant Soho district, Pierre Victoire offers an authentic taste of France with its charming ambiance and exquisite culinary offerings. This cozy, unassuming restaurant is renowned for its classic French cuisine, inviting atmosphere, and attentive service, making it a perfect spot for both casual lunches and romantic dinners. The restaurant's warm interior, decorated with vintage posters and jazz music softly playing in the background, transports diners straight to a Parisian bistro.

For starters, I ordered the French Onion Soup with Cheese Croutons, which was flavorful without being overly salty or heavy with cheese. My main course, the Baked Halibut fillet with leek cream, smoked bacon and peas, accompanied by grilled asparagus and chive oil, was prepared beautifully. The fish was perfectly cooked, and the asparagus was grilled just right.

The restaurant was quite busy, but the service remained attentive and professional. It was nice that the manager stopped by our table to ensure we were satisfied. I would happily return.

This restaurant was okay. I had four in our party and two meals were good and two were poor. The good meals were well cooked though perhaps a bit over seasoned. The poor meals were overcooked and very much over seasoned. 

On the plus side, the prix fixe menu options were reasonable and for those on a budget in London made sense. 

Come if you want a quick meal for a reasonable price. Don't come if you want to be assured your meal will be stellar.

Sitting on a quiet street in SoHo is Pierre Victoire. A small unassuming restaurant with a great menu, great service, and delicious food.  I had a salad with tomatoes and goat cheese and the tagliatelle.  Both were very good.  Nice quiet restaurant on a nice quiet street.

I've been here now a few times for lunch . It's a wonderful lunch menu . This most recent visit I had the French onion soup which was wonderful and the duck confit which was 10/10.
Very authentic French cooking and the service is friendly and efficient . For a lunch place in this area you can't go wrong here .

Came here for a quick dinner and I wasn't particularly impressed. The frites were solid but the steak was just ok; thankfully the herby butter on top was good. The banoffee pie was a miss. Overall it was worth trying but I wouldn't come back.

One of our favorite restaurants in London hands down. 

The portion size and great, staff is lovely and not too pushy, and the price is reasonable. 

Lamb shank: nice and tender. It's huge tho so share it if you wanna try other things 

Seabass: enjoyed it! Decent size and well cooked. 

Hake: like this better than the seabass. Very saucy!

Crispy Brie: gooey on the inside and great with the caramelized shallots

Beef tartare: awesome portion! Only thing I don't like is too much pickle in there but still great!

Bread basket: very soft baguette and the butter was delicious!!

One compliant is the manager freaking out on the staffs. Impacted the nice ambiance but other than that, very very nice experience.

Classic French interior with some vintage posters etc and fine jazz playing.  Service was friendly and in true French fashion is not rushed.  My wife and I both had the set menu for lunch.  Between the two of us, I would recommend the following:

Fried calamari: arguably the best I have ever had, seriously.

Chargrilled steak de bavette (i.e., skirt steak).  It's easy to not cook this cut correctly, but they did a nice job here. 

Frites:  These were fantastic.  

Ask for the garlic maitre d' butter to go with the nice french bread they bring out to start. A fine selection of wines by the glass.

Absolutely among the best value for money and the meal matched any michelin star french meal. wine desert and food under 40.  Not to be missed on a trip to London. A must for any foodie

Very good French food. A little cramped, but the old fashioned European vibe is pleasing. I ordered the Entrecôte Steak Frites and it was wonderful. The steak was tender and the fries were ADDICTIVE. I don't know what type of illegal substance they were putting in them, but they were damn near the perfect fries. My friend also ordered the pork with polenta, and this holds the rating back a bit. The pork was dry, but the polenta was quite nice. But the service was unfortunately very slow. We were at the restaurant for a total of one hour and forty five minutes. However, I think that the food and vibe outweigh the slow service. 

TL;DR, If you're not in a rush and just want to have a nice, relaxing meal, this is the place to be.

One of few places which is open till late at night during weekdays which can become an issue when you're looking to dine out late - however , downs not have a lot of options that you'd expect to see in French specialty restaurant
