I don't find this the cleanest location but every time I've popped in quickly to grab food or a drink before my train I've manage to get what I was looking for, even during rush hour.

One of the guys working on Wednesday night was so sweet. He asked each customer about their day and just had a great energy that is lacking in a lot of places at the moment. I wish I'd got his name. Definitely 5 star customer service.

My only real complaint about Pret is their sandwich pricing as it varies depending on your location. Always a bit more at stations and unfathomably ridiculous at the airport (nearly twice the price for some of the baguettes!). If it was more consistent I'd eat there more regularly as I think their food is the best of all the coffee shops.

I remember when Pret used to mean good food and excellent service. Just had a Super Club sandwich (which now costs a fiver to take away). Not as flavoursome as it used to be. I approached the counter with friendliness but was met with dead-eyed indifference. How the mighty have fallen.
