Jerky's was born out of a passion for authentic Caribbean flavors and a desire to bring a slice of the islands to London. The owner, a Caribbean native, personally oversees the kitchen to ensure every dish maintains its traditional roots while embracing local ingredients. An interesting fun fact is that the restaurant's decor features vintage Caribbean posters and reggae memorabilia, creating a lively and nostalgic ambiance that enhances the dining experience.

Jerky's is best known for its authentic Caribbean dishes, especially the Jerk Chicken and Oxtail stew, which are packed with traditional flavors and cooked to perfection.

Had a taste for some West Indian food while in London and found this place here on Yelp. As soon as I walked in, I felt the welcoming island vibe through the decor, music and ambient lighting. I ordered Brown Stew chicken - it was amazing, good sized portions and very reasonably priced. The customer service was wonderful, they were very nice and accommodating. I just loved the fantastic flavors the food offered and will definitely go back!

Ive had deliveries from Jerkys a few times, but have only tried their jerk chicken, rice and peas dinner box,which comes with coleslaw, salad and plantain. 

Very tasty and mouthwateringly tender chicken; given a decent portion. Spice level could be a tad hotter, but it is nice! Rice and peas were great too.

I have never had Caribbean food before so ventured into this small cafe unsure of what to expect. There's a big menu on the wall with a wide range of foods. In the end we went for 2 meals, one jerk chicken and one oxtail.

The meals come with salad, coleslaw, plantain, rice and beans. The chicken wasn't great, cooked separately from the sauce, but dried and not chargrilled in taste or flavourful at all. I didn't know what to expect but I doubt this is what I should expect! 

The oxtail was the very opposite. Soft, melt in the mouth and falling off the bone. It had obviously been slow cooked and was slightly spicy and delicious. The coleslaw was home-made but the salad was poor. Overall though, the dish was great, a good portion size and sold with a smile. I would go back to try other dishes or for the oxtail again.

Great service! We had the brown stew chicken meal and Mac and cheese. The Mac and cheese was perfect and was large enough for 3 enough to split. Flavors and seasoning is superb! We also had fried dumplings and beefy patties! Everything was great!!

This restaurant was down right amazing from the door! I really enjoyed the setup, decor a d FOOD!. My fiance and I chose to dine in, this is where we tried the oaxtails with white rice, and garlic pepper prawns I believed it was called. Everything was delicious! We got to chat with the owner who was really nice and even sent us on our way with some complementary patties which were also very falvorful! We are flying back home to Boston frolm Barcelona in the morning, and we have a 5 hour layover in London. During that time we definitley plan on stopping by for lunch. Thanks for a great experience!

I've visited Jerkies for lunch 30+ times over the course of 2016 and it's been very hit and miss. The staff are friendly but there were plenty of occasions where the salad was off, jerk chicken was undercooked and they simply just forget your orders. For the steep prices on their menu they really don't reciprocate in quality and service.

Final nail in the coffin: I've decided to stop going after getting severe food poisoning with fever (for 3 days) after eating there a few weeks ago - they just don't have what it takes to run a restaurant safely and consistently.

A vibrant, Caribbean inspired, beach shack restaurant "Jerky's" nestled on sleepy Walham Grove, Fulham opened last Friday (5th December 2014) and it's not a moment too soon.
The restaurant offers an authentic, home-cooked feel to the West Indian menu, in a warm, colourful environment.

On the menu you'll find Chicken Jerked,  Brown Stewed and Fried. Curry goat, Oxtail, Rice n Peas, Fish steamed or Fried, Plantain, Festivals and traditional Sorrel and Mauby juice. 

Their logo reads: Good Food. Good Vibes and they've definitely delivered on both.

Loved this place when I lived in Fulham. Food is very good authentic carribean fair. The jerk chicken is delicious, but I'd recommend the Brown chicken stew. The location is small and the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. It's very good value for money as well, you can get a proper feed for £10!
