Tried the carbonara here and it was great the pasta was made freshly too so it was good. The carbonara needs more yolk since the sauce is pretty dry though but overall it was not bad. The tiramisu is not recommended though since it has only 4 layers. Coming here just get the pasta instead as its not bad. Lovely service props for the waitress. Recommended to try and might coming back in the near future.

I was craving pizza today. At first, I thought about visiting the nearest pizza hut but choosing something more authentic seemed to be a better choice. 

I ordered the Americana Piccante. Nice sized serving with pepperoni sausage. The bread was thin crust & the waitress was very friendly & attentive. She noticed that I stopped eating my food & asked if my dish was satisfactory. The food was well prepared but I was feeling under the weather. The waitress prepared me a takeaway box.

Great location outside of the department store. Grab a quick delicious bite to hold you over until dinner.

Staff pleasant. Everything was clean & neat.

Food came out in a timely fashion & everything was tasty.

One of the oldest  & nicest restaurants in
Fitzrovia. I have been coming here for 50
years & I love it. The staff are lovely, the 
food is excellent & the ambience is light &
sparkling. At under £20 the Christmas menu is excellent value  & cheaper than in Bella Italia  even the turkey (which was brought years ago to England by Victoria's consort Prince Albert of Germany) is done here Trancio di Tacchino con Pancetta

Went with a large group of friends and dined on the top floor in our own private area. 

Service was phenomenal -- our dedicated waiter was very efficient and on the dot with topping up our wines, getting our orders in place, etc. 

I also appreciated the fact that we had our own room. Few places in this price range would offer such luxury, and the decor and space could pass as mid-upper range restaurant standards. 

Whilst I would have loved to give it four stars, it's the food that made me fall short of it. Don't get me wrong, it was solid for the reasonable price, but I felt like they could have tried a bit harder to make all the different dishes and flavours come together than to let them stand by themselves respectively. For example, my steak was executed well, but I wish they had actually blended the peppercorn sauce with the meat to give it more flavour than to serve the two separately. Nonetheless, it was good, so it's a strong three stars.

Food and wine outstanding. Great ambiance. Prices very reasonable. I had spaghetti carbonara (authentic) and green salad. Both were just delicious

I had their 2 course fixed price meal.  It was the first thing I had when I arrived in London.  It wasn't the best pizza and bruschetta I had ever had, not truly authentic in the least- but not the worst either.
The service was good, the weather was amazing, and I had outside seating, and the food was reasonably priced.  All in all, it hit the spot- but I wasn't craving it afterwards.

I've been eating here on and off for 20 years! Less so as time goes by though. To be fair to Spaghetti House, times have moved on whilst their charm lies mainly in their familiarity.


 Spaghetti House are not bad as chains go - they've been in London since 1955. They'e not exactly lighting fires of flavour any more either though . . . . . and there's the rub.


 Spaghetti House needs a systemic makeover (and I'm the man to do it) . . . . the food aint bad . . . . it ain't great either though. Service could be better too - it's like a place that is running out of steam - FIGHT BACK say I, you can do it!!

Came here last week for a quick lunch and really enjoyed it.


 Having been to the standard Zizzi, Strada, Ask etc i thought this would be of a similar strand but i was really surprised with the quality and taste of my linguine - this was a far more authentic taste!


 Apparently this is a cheesy venue but I'll definitely be back - and soon!
