A seat yourself, order and pay online via QR code pub near the Tower of London. I got the lunch special which was any of the 4 options on the lunch menu and a half pint of beer or a soda for £14. I chose the chicken focaccia sandwich and it wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either. The bread was far larger than the char-grilled chicken, barely any spread and the bacon was soft and lacked flavor. (Though I don't fault them for that, my preference is super crispy bacon)
Service once I ordered was fairly quick, staff was friendly and the ambiance was nice and inviting. Plenty of tables and a nice big bar for drinks. 
In the end, there are plenty of other options for food and drink within a few feet of this place, but if All Bar One isn't busy and you need a quick bite, it gets the job done.

Drinks were fine. They had a deal 2 for £15, but you have to be careful because they have an emblem next to the drinks that are included in this deal. They bring both drinks out at the same time if you participate in this deal. My friend ordered a drink not on the deal menu and they brought out 2, when we brought it to their attention they just proceeded to charge us for it. We didn't fight it, but just be careful, I definitely felt like this was a situation where tourists could be taken advantage of. Overall drinks weren't bad and the prices were reasonable. It's very close to the tower of London as well, so convenient if you're out touring. 

Accessibility: bathrooms are not accessible due to stairs.

Friendly service with a very mediocre festive lunch. Turkey was mostly overcooked, no Yorkshire pudding, vegetables cooked nicely. They were very kind and receptive to the feedback we provided.

Good food for Texans missing out on their normal fare. Onion rings and fries are very good, followed by the sausage link. Carolina pulled pork was also good. Not a fan of the sweet pickles and coleslaw, but those are sides anyway.  You may want to ask for the slaw and pickles on the side of your Carolina pulled pork sandwich.

Tiramisu martini was on point.
Took a long time to get drinks.   Asked for water, it was never brought.   Service could be quicker.

Just a bit late in reviewing. We came here while touring the city. It is conveniently located across from the Tower of London.

If you are looking for a great Full English Breakfast look no further. If you have never had a Full English prepare to bring you appetite. The portion sizes are very plentiful. Everything on the plate was wonderful & fresh.

The restaurant was very clean &the staff was extremely friendly. We are looking forward to our next return visit.

We stopped in for breakfast one day while out walking around, touring London.
It's a convenient location & it's cute decor makes you feel comfortable.

We were promptly greeted and seated a table by the window. Our server was very friendly. My husband ordered the English breakfast & I ordered the eggs Benedict and a smoothie.

Everything seemed fresh and came out in a reasonable time frame. It all tasted delicious and the prices were not bad. Overall, we had a good experience.

I have to agree with the people that this earns only three stars. Like most places I visited in London, customer service isn't a priority. 

We were a party of two and immediately addressed as we entered and offered to sit at any table. We sat directly across from the bar and watched three servers continually serve people around us and at the bar. After 20 minutes, I went to the bar and asked if I was supposed to order there or at the table. The server huffed and said at the table, walked around the bar and told me to go to my table and she was coming. So I thought I had totally inconvenienced her after waiting 20 minutes with no service as servers stood and talked.  This was around lunchtime and there were only about five other people in the entire place.

As for the food, you can see from my photos that part of our quesadilla was very burned. We ordered some wings which came with four very tiny wings. The flavors of the food were good and the one drink we were allowed to order was fine. When the server delivered our food she asked if we needed ketchup or mayo and I said yes for ketchup.  She never brought this and I had to go back up to the bar to ask for some. She also never returned to offer us a chance to order additional drinks. I had to go up to the bar and ask for our check so that we could leave.

I wouldn't come here if I wanted great food or service.

I went up to the bar and asked for a fruity martini. The bartender who served me did an incredible job (pictured) . I also got tequila rose shots and they were amazing.

I found a good cost-benefit place. Nice environment, music, good service and price. The neighborhood has lots of bars and restaurants and it is located very close to the four seasons hotel.
