So the highlights were that they really accommodated to kids. They had this kid activity sheet where kids can color and put stickers on. The decor was very clean and appealing. There was a large selection of delicious pizzas. I loved that they could accommodate to allergies. The one negative was that the pizza dough was totally charred on the back which gave this bitter taste. It definitely took away from the deliciousness of the pizzas. All four pizzas came out this way. One was so burnt that we had to send it back. They were nice about it. Wish they took it easy in the pizza oven rather than let the dough get to the point where it's burnt.

Although Franco Manca Pizzeria is not considered as fast food restaurant, but as soon as you seated down by hostess, to the time you are out the door takes under thirty minutes! 
I've try few of their locations over the years of visiting London, but to be honest, their pizzas are not flavorful. The only dominant flavor comes from the crust and all the toppings are mute, flavor wise. 
On my visit to this location I ordered no. 10 with Wild mushrooms and truffle oil, as I mentioned that before with all the umami ingredients, flavors were lacking. 
Restaurant looked clean and hostess was attentive enough. It is good if you really need sourdough pizza, other than that I am sure you can find better pizza elsewhere in London.

Favorite pizza parlor in London.  Everything they do is perfect.  Friendly staff and chill atmosphere.  The pizza, apps and desserts are fabulous.  For me every trip to London must include a pilgrimage to my favorite Neapolitan pizza joint. Come check them out.

Had a delicious #2 with added Buffalo Mozzarella and Tuscan Pork Fennel Sausage. Great location and sat outside. Staff was very friendly. Pizza was delicious and the sourdough crust was amazing. If your in South Kensington, make sure to stop in and give it a try. One of the best pizzas I had in London.

Franco Manca was recommended to me and it did not disappoint! Went for lunch on a rainy day. The pizza was light and delicious and full of flavor. Even just the bread was so good. You can tell it is fresh. A great spot in London!

My friends and I came here on a whim and we each got the #2: Margherita Pizza with basil leaves. The pizza is made on sour dough which made it unique and the dough was a little bit thin. It was not the best pizza I've ever had, but it was still good. The service was pretty fast and the lady was patient when it came to splitting the checks.

When we were here last time (Muswell Hill branch) qe had a bad experience but I always given second chances so we returned today !just wanted to treat my son with a  yummy pizzas after his school....yummy? You bet!!

Despite we were the only customer at the restaurant it took an Italian speaking Waiteress to take orders from us  to 10 minutes,
They (chefs-waiting staff) were all having a cosy conversation)

Whilst we were waiting to be served uber or other delivery bikers picked up their orders each by each so Despite we were the only customers it was taken 30 minutes to being served!

By then I made it up we won't be coming back ! After we finished our meals we were waiting for our dessert orders to be taken but still no luck ! So I had to get up and spoke to a member of the waiting staff kindly  requested an ice cream for my son

Yes than the  ice cream served but our main course -pizzas left overs plates were still on the table!
Nobody bothered to clear our table!

It was another awful experience for us.

Pretty good Italian.  Everyone in our party got different types of pizzas and we all liked them. I've had better in the states but this place did the trick with filling us up after a long day of sightseeing. 

Service was awesome. Such a nice guy and fun to chat with.  I think his name was Tomasso.

Franco Mana is an awesome spot for pizza in the upscale Kensington neighbourhood. Despite being a pricey neighbourhood, Franco's was extremely well priced. 

The cosy, dimly lit store has minimal seating which is usually packed - and for a good reason. The pizzas are absolutely delicious. 

Upon waiting for a few minutes, I was seated. The menu is already on the table in a paper format, and I decided I would go for the classic margherita pizza. The service was quite prompt taking only a few minutes to cook the pizza in the wood fired ovens. 

The pizza arrived piping hot, but not to the point where it burnt the roof of your mouth. It was not overpowering with cheese either - just a perfect amount of sauce, fresh mozzarella, and basil. The pizza truly tasted quite amazing. I believe the owners are Italian as this place seemed quite authentic. 

The service was also prompt. My only drawback was the fact that I had to share my table with 2 other guests, but given the tight space this was not a deal breaker. A solid 4.5 stars.

After reading such glowing reviews, it was a tad disappointing.

We weren't too happy that it took the kitchen 45 minutes to make us a pizza when the restaurant was only half full. That's just inexcusable for any business, unless they were milking the cows in the kitchen to make the cheese.

The garlic bread with mozzarella was actually quite good, but the rosemary bread appetizer was only decent. It really needed an arrabbiata or marinara sauce with it, because it was too dry.

Then, FINALLY, the pizza arrived. But it wasn't pizza like we've eaten all over the world. Nope, it was watery, leaky, liquid pizza like I've never seen. Not a solid. A liquid. You can see my pictures posted on Yelp. And don't be fooled by other pics, most of which were posted 3 years ago, apparently before they began selling soggy pizzas.

The mozzarella was only mediocre, the sauce was pretty good, and the crust was pure magic! It actually comes from Italy and ferments for 20 hours. But the crust is not enough to save the world's soggiest, most liquid pizza.
