Hubby and I did the decadent duo gin and chocolate pairing experience. It was a fab experience and our tour guide Colette was brilliant. She was so enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the distillery and history of gin. Loved the new gins we tried. Worth every penny. Well worth a visit.

Fantastic afternoon learning about the history of our favourite tipple.  Our guide Debbie was first class, so knowledgeable and made our visit perfect.  We enjoyed every aspect especially the tasting room

What a fantastic experience, my sister and I had a fabulous tasting experience with Freddie! He was so passionate and we really enjoyed learning more about Edinburgh Gin and the history and got plenty Christmas pressies! Enjoyed our drinks in the bar too. Great experience at the new distillery site. Beautiful space. Went for the £35 gin and chocolate tasting which included a fun and informative tour of their botanical room and the beautifully shiny equipment.
Got to taste 4 gins and 1 liqueur, each paired with a lovely chocolate square from the local Coco company.

I highly recommend the gin and chocolate tour at Edinburgh Gin Distillery. It’s a fun, informative and interactive way to learn about the gin making process and see the science, care and pride that Edinburgh Gin Distillers put into making the perfect bottle of gin. Not only do you get to sample some of the best gins out there, you also get to sample some seriously delicious and creative chocolates too. The new distillery is absolutely stunning, and the staff are kind, welcoming and fun.

A special shoutout to our tour guide, Colette, who truly made the experience unforgettable. Her knowledge, enthusiasm, and storytelling skills brought the history and craft of gin-making to life. She had a fantastic way of making everyone feel engaged and welcomed, and her passion for gin (and chocolate!) was infectious.
