I hosted a private event at this place and service was unforgettable. I was given responses to my concerns within a couple hours or less and all my requests were addressed. I’ll be coming back this spring and summer to host future events with Penthouse 17 and their talented team.

I had the besttt time ever! I felt safe from this the moment I entered the security was on point. The drinks were quick and good. The music system is so good I was able to talk to my friends easily without losing my voice.

A unique club. Great hospitality by the manager and the staff. Went by there with a few friends and it was busy and the bottle girl was really sweet to us.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Zero customer service. I asked for a rum and soda, the bartender gave me some crap they called rum, I took one sip and told her this was not drinkable and wanted Bacardi with soda. The bartender wanted to charge me for ANOTHER drink. I told her I’d like to speak to her manager and it was ridiculous. The manager did not speak to me but spoke to the bartender, who knew what she said to him, and told her that I would need to pay full price for another drink. This is the most distasteful place I’ve ever been to. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Absolutely loved the vibe here!  The atmosphere is classy but fun, the staff is super welcoming, and the space is stunning, perfect for a night out.
