The place and concierge were amazing, but the service and Alex truly stood out. Alex explained everything about the place and the food with such passion and knowledge. He interacted with our family in the most delightful way, making us feel right at home.

The restaurant and some rooms offer a view of the field—SO COOL! 🌾

Alex made this a 5-star experience from start to finish. He is simply wonderful! He made the beginning of our days so happy and memorable, and the rest is history. The food was excellent and his dedication to details, allergies etc. We will definitely be back just because of him and are recommending this place everywhere in our media.

Overall, I would have to say this is one of the most unique hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I am a huge baseball fan and have always heard about this unique hotel in centerfield of the Rodgers Centre. When I was looking for hotels in the area, I noticed that this Marriott was one of the most affordable, so I decided to give it a try.

I really enjoyed the view of the ballpark, even though there doesn’t seem to be much going on in the winter months - they were doing some construction and renovations on the field during my visit, so it was not ideal to hear heavy machinery as early as I did.

I do feel that the hotel definitely needs a renovation as it seems like it has not been touched up in quite a long time.

The walls and carpeting in the hallway in rough shape with stains, holes, rips, etc.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable, but again a few things could (and should) be better. Such as new furniture, shower heads, shower curtains, lamp fixtures.

Lastly, I thought the staff was incredibly nice and helpful!

I recently stayed at this hotel for a very short visit and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. I remember staying here before it became the Marriott, and the rooms have been renovated very well since then. They are spacious and clean, and the room service was prompt and friendly. The bed was comfortable, pillows too. Checking in and out of the hotel took less than 2 minutes, which was amazing. The location speaks for itself and is ideal for anyone looking to be in the centre of all the action. We had the continental breakfast, which offered a good selection of options. We also ordered food to our room from the hotel restaurant and it was delicious and fresh. Staff were nice and pleasant to deal with. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone considering it.

This hotel's staff offer great service, the blonde front desk lady from BC is perhaps the nicest front desk employee I've ever met! She really went above and beyond, just wish I could remember her name!

My only complaint is the pool/hot tub really needs a scrub and revamp, there is a thick layer of grime costing the tiles near the water's surface and drains and my skin itched and tingled for 2 days after using it (indicating too much chlorine). All in all, a great, central location. Would stay here again and recommend it to anyone

I had a nice stay here, with a surprise room upgrade. Everything was clean, service was great, and the staff were helpful. Its unique location embedded in the Skydome (as I will always call it) makes this a pretty cool spot.
