I wanted to write a you quick note to let you know that the day yesterday was perfect! The food was excellent and our guests loved it all. All the food was fresh and made to the highest standards (and I have high standards)! Almost every guest mentioned to us separately how they enjoyed the food! We had a couple of guests with dairy and nut allergens and it was a relief for them to know which foods were safe for them to eat.

Sloane (our server staff) was amazing, she arrived on time to have all the food ready for the party start time, she is friendly, helped with clean up, and even transported all our food to the fridge in our other hotel room when the party ended. She even called and texted us the day prior so that we were on the same page. This was a huge relief for us as it allowed us to be with our guests, relax, and enjoy!

Thank you so much to you, your team, and to Sloane. We look forward to ordering from Kale Chef again in the future and I’m sure some of our guests will be ordering from you, too!
