They promptly answered my call and assured me that they would visit me later in the afternoon. They also promised to give me a heads up when they were about 30 minutes away. True to their word, they did exactly as promised. This exemplary service could definitely be attributed to the new management. The new ownership seems to be doing a tremendous job in ensuring outstanding service. I was particularly impressed with how Erick handled the situation.
