L'Atelier's vegetarian menu was a delicious surprise. The amuse-bouche was okay but I loved the white onion tart and the cauliflower dish.  The passion fruit and raspberry desserts were amazing. Service was top-notch.  A bit pricey, but totally worth it!

6 stars really...wow! Fabulous everything.  The food was exceptional.  The best steak I had. Wagyu, that was like butter with perfect seasoning. The onion tart was perfection. Wonderful service and electric ambient.  I want to come back already.

When Michelin starts reviewing Vegas, L'Atelier will earn at least 2 stars. We enjoyed the discovery tasting menu of the evening. Exceptional service, the staff was well trained, engaging and informative. The food was tasty and like a work of art. The ambiance made you forget you were in a casino. One of the best fine dining restaurants in Vegas!

I’ve eaten here twice now and both times were very good. I loved being able to watch the chefs work while sitting at the chef’s counter, it was cool to see the “behind the scenes” of it all. My favorite two dishes were “le thon” which consisted of two different preparations of bluefin tuna, they were both excellent. My other favorite was definitely “la tomate”, i’m not a huge tomato fan but this was very delicious and satisfying. I got the Kagoshima A5 Wagyu upgrade and i’m very happy i did, it was cooked to perfection and melted in my mouth. Both of the desserts were also some of my favorites that i’ve ever had, i wish i could have them again! My only complaint was that when our waiter brought us our second bread basket, there was a very dark hair right on top of our butter, i’m shocked that he didn’t notice and we had to point it out. That was the last thing i would’ve expected at a restaurant of this caliber and price, it also made me lose my appetite for a bit.

Min fru och jag hade båda prix fixe menyn tillsammans med en vin paring. Vi frekventerar restauranger med en enda Michelinstjärna för speciella tillfällen. Dessa verkar ge en bra balans mellan innovativa, väl presenterade rätter gjorda med högkvalitativa ingredienser till vad jag antar att du kan anse vara ett uppnåeligt pris. L'Atelier i Vegas levererade mot alla dessa förväntningar. Naturligtvis med 7 eller 8 rätter, gillade vi alla vissa kurser bättre än andra. Totalt sett maten samt vin parings fortskred på ett underbart sätt. För närvarande är foie gras ett inslag i flera kurser. Om du älskar unadored foie gras, då kan du bli besviken. Men för oss var det inkludering i olika kurser (raviolin, till exempel) ett bra exempel på den typ av innovativa ingredienskombinationer du förväntar dig. Vi bad att sitta vid disken som har utsikt över hela köksdelen. Vi hoppades få en känsla för förberedelseprocessen. Men tyvärr gav servrarna inte mycket information om vad som hände i köket. Detta var en liten besvikelse. Det var lite av en rusad takt, särskilt i början av måltiden, som tog oss med överraskning. Men det verkade som om när serveringspersonalen förstod vårt tempo, anpassade de sig. I slutet av måltiden hade vi tillbringat över 2 timmar där. Så överlag var tempot bra. Som alla Michelin-rankade butiker bör du veta vad du ger dig in på. Prix Fixe menyn med en vin paring för två var ca $ 1000. Men som jag nämnde ovan, min fru och jag gör detta kanske en eller två gånger om året för speciella tillfällen. De har en à la carte-meny och några av de förrätterna såg ganska bra ut när de kom ut. Men det är inte riktigt vad dessa platser är byggda för. Inte heller skulle jag förvänta mig att detta är ett utmärkt val för en killhelg eller en bachelorette händelse. Men det gäller för alla restauranger i den här kategorin.

Detta var en stor besvikelse. Vi var ett parti av 6 firar ett bröllop och hoppades att ha en minnesvärd måltid efter att ha hört så många underbara saker om denna plats. Vi valde a la carte alternativet. Våra förrätter var ljumma, i bästa fall. Portionerna var bokstavligen minimala. Det var ganska lång väntan mellan förrätt och förrätt så kanske våra måltider satt någonstans och blev kalla. Det fanns knappt någon ”riso” i risotton, det var mest en soppig glop med skum. Servicen var bra. De presenterade oss med några härliga desserter gratis för bröllopsfesten. Tyvärr var den övergripande upplevelsen en besvikelse.

Vi tillbringade en vacker middag i denna Atelier som vi gör varje år. Vid disken - ser köket. Hela menyn ( 255 $) med 10 tallrikar - allt är fantastiskt och så väl presenterat. Den är full av smak och produkter. Detta är bara ett måste se restaurang - särskilt tack till vår Hawaiian servering ! 2 små punkter att förbättra : - puré är så bra men tallriken är så liten mer skulle inte överdrivas - platser vid disken på vägen är mycket kallt på grund av AC från casino - en gardin eller dörr måste installeras detta är inte möjligt att äta så att vi byter och 4 personer efter oss också ! Tack för denna stund

Min man och jag njöt av Evolution middag på denna restaurang. Vi satt i baren med utsikt över köket. Maten och drycken var utsökt!

Jag har inte känt mig tvungen att skriva en recension på länge, men efter att ha släppt en liten förmögenhet på Avsmakningsmenyn här måste jag ge min feed tillbaka. 

Deras service var oklanderlig. 

Jag ser mig själv som en foodie och L'Atelier lämnade mig att vilja ha mer. Jag hade så stora förhoppningar efter första kursen. Hummer vårrullen var fantastisk! Jag frågade skämtsamt om de kunde göra några hundra kvar. Sen gick det utför därifrån. 

Om du älskar foie gras, kommer detta inte att tillfredsställa dig. Det var nästan omöjligt att upptäcka. 
Om du älskar hummer, kommer detta att lämna dig besviken. Min var seg. 

Till varmrätt erbjöds biff eller anka. Eftersom jag inte äter nötkött fick jag ankan, vilket jag gillar. När det serverades fanns det en liten remsa ankbröst, förmodligen inte mer än 1 / 2" och det var tuggigt också. Jag åt bara 2 tuggor. 

Drycker är otroligt dyra. 35 dollar för ett glas rödvin, som de säkert betalade 35 dollar för hela flaskan? 

Det bästa var den sista macaron! Det var fantastiskt. 

Så, jag antar att diner vara medveten.

Det här är fjärde gången vi upplever deras fantastiska mat och service. Varje gång har vi blivit behandlade med unika smaker, texturer och högsta kvalitet. Vi rekommenderar alltid att beställa Seasonal Discovery menyn, det gör ingen besviken. Teamet som tillhandahåller tjänsten arbetar bra tillsammans och är uppmärksam utan att vara överbelastande. Detta är andra gången som jag har bett mixologen att överraska mig. Cocktailen som serveras kommer att bli ihågkommen i många år framöver. Tack George, det var otroligt bra.
