Best value for money!
This is our second time staying at the hotel for one week and I don’t think you can beat the offer. .

Clearly the bathrooms need some renovations! But overall a charming, romantic boutique hotel with comfortable rooms - some with balcony overlooking a beautiful garden with pool. Definitely enjoyable after a day across BA.
NOTE:  Pool is not open all year around and not marketed as such on the website. So make sure to inquire when booking.

Ex: Pool was not open for the season when we arrived but considering the hot days during the week they managed to open it within 48hrs.

First of all: the staff at the hotel are excellent, friendly and helpful. They are the absolute plus in this hotel. They helped us with all our reservations and gave us valuable advice
About the hotel itself: unfortunately we had one of the rooms on the ground floor. The room was small and dark. There was also mould in the air conditioning.
I think the rooms at the back or on the second floor are much nicer.
Make sure you get a room there.
The garden is beautiful. Unfortunately, though, there are a lot of mosquitoes which make it almost impossible to stay there.
The location in Palermo is good, you have lots of cafés, bars and restaurants nearby.

All in all, there are certainly better accommodations nearby for this price.

Shocked by the reviews here, location is the only good thing. Please check the bad reviews as they are more reflective of the reality of the condition of this hotel. Our rooms floor was dirty, under the toilet seat had not been cleaned.

A lot of the rooms are misrepresented. There is no sound proofing and the hotel is adjacent to a bar and a ‘private dining room’. The room smelt of damp, our room had visible signs of mould which is frankly dangerous.

The entire hotel needs a renovation. We checked out after one night after not being able to sleep till 5am because of the noise. Hotel has failed to compensate us for the misrepresentations. Unfortunately I can’t upload videos.

Lovely boutique hotel, very comfortable rooms and beds. Wonderful staff, very welcoming and helpful. Nice breakfast to get our day started. The location in Palermo Soho is ideal for walking around, with lots of bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Highly recommended.

This is not a hotel, it is barely a motel. How it is being advertised as a 4star hotel is beyond me. We stayed all over Argentina and did not come across such atrocity. It is extremely noisy, they advertise soundproofed rooms and that’s a total lie. We did not get to sleep for a minute. There’s a bar/restaurant next door that had a party until 6am and it was as if we were there. You can hear everyone in the hotel walking around, going up and down different floors, dragging their luggage around all day/night. On top of this, the entire building is in desperate need of a renovation. You can see this as soon as you walk into the reception, I don’t think any of the furniture has ever been cleaned. Our room was even worse with smell of damp and visible mould. The bathroom door wouldn’t even shut due to it being swollen and warped from damp. Inside the bathroom was not clean at all either with mould everywhere. The only good thing about this place is the location. I don’t understand what all the good reviews are talking about. Focus on the bad reviews. We left after the first night.
