5/5 for Rio every day of the week. It may not be the cheapest for the city but for £13 I had a great steak and eggs dish (a decent portion of filet mignon cooked to a decent melt in your mouth medium rare), eggs cooked to perfection, and two decent little slices of sourdough. Additionally I had a not so great (for my taste) mocha and small bottle of water. I'm not a bit coffee drinker so other might rate it higher but for me it was too strong. That said it was excellent value for money for a westerner and while I wasn't full it made me happy and I'd be more than happy to eat here again. Service was solid. Not exceptional, but solid. Food is all that matters at the end of the day.

Kinda mid. The food was okay, although there was no real cohesion in the dishes, they were more just a few ingredients on plates. Everything was unseasoned.

The milkshakre was pretty good though!

When there on a Saturday morning, so course the wait was long. The food was, just OK not really mind blowing in my opinion, but the atmosphere of the restaurant was super cute and the servers are amazing at their job.

Surprisingly nice place to have breakfast, brunch, or any other meal during the day.
Two suggestions I would kindly recommend to the owners:
1. Maintain the coffee refill option during the weekends and holidays.
2. Try to get a more traditional or natural Maple 🍁 Syrup or sauce.
In general, the place has a wide and big serving area controlled by a host/ hostess. If you are going alone or a couple, a good option is to opt for staying at the bar.
We ordered the Englishman Pancake, which comes with two well-sized pancakes, two Brazilian-style sausages, and one Sunny-side-up egg.
