Absolutely wonderful experience dining at 99 Restaurante tonight. Beautifully plated dishes crafted with love and paired with local wines told a cohesive story that took us through the valleys and peaks of the Andes all the way to the Pacific Ocean. We especially enjoyed the trout, crab and rabbit dishes. The staff was attentive and so knowledgeable. We also loved the intimate atmosphere of this hidden gem and felt like we were in on a great secret. Would absolutely dine again, we felt so taken care of, so kudos to the staff for making us experience great Chilean hospitality!

Fantastic dinner. I was full about 3 dishes before the end but still ate everything because there was no way I was going to miss any. Very intimate and the price is affordable for the level of service and detail.

The only thing that would maybe make it better is having more silverware options. Since the change the silverware every course, you might have a spoon but wish that you also had a fork. This is a pretty small thing overall though.

This review is long overdue. We visited 99 last November during our trip to Santiago. Incredible intimate dining experience - we were only two couples in the restaurant with a perfect view of the open kitchen. The two chefs and sommelier were fantastic giving us detailed information about each dish and each pairing. We got the opportunity to try some fantastic wines from all across Chile. The dishes highlight the Huasco valley and they delivered every time! Thank you so much to the whole staff. We will definitely visit again when in Chile.

Really enjoyed this taste and menu experience with all the flavours and foods from the Huasco valley. My standout dishes were the seafood tartar and roasted goat – and the goat milk and olive oil dessert was incredible. I think I will be back here next time I’m in Santiago and will be excited to find out the new locale they will be covering.

Only slight gripe was not known exactly where the restaurant was to start with and thinking I was gonna be sat in another bar - maybe welcome people straight into the restaurant and have a pre-dinner drink ready in future? After that, though the service and flavours were incredible!
