This is the perfect place for a person who doesn’t like sushi. Very little fish on the rolls.. more rice and super saucy than anything else …almost all the rolls have that quintessential “filler” that restaurants use when they don’t like making sushi 🍣 but have to because they are a “fusion” restaurant …the filler is tempura shrimp or fried prawn ….and it permeates the menu like a mid-evil plague .. it’s in everything!! .. a little more creativity and actual fish meat desired  .. the abundance of rice, tempura, and crazy sauce  make up for the lack of actual fish! The bao are the best thing here avoid the makis

Yum! Just yum! The "La Royal" burger is one of the best burgers I've had in years. The crispy pigs ears are flat out fantastic. Service is great. Love the Asian street vibe for the decor.

This restaurant was the only good sushi restaurant that was open late on a Sunday and we were lucky to find it.

We started our meal with the Cebiche Marciano which was one of the best I've ever had.   The creamy cilantro sauce was delicious: 10/10.  We also ordered the Trufado which I wish was less seared and had more truffle flavor but was delicious nonetheless: 8/10.  We also ordered the Bombastic, Aji Sakana, and the Mailey Spicy which were good but all a bit similar to each other: 7/10.

For dessert we got the Skillet Kukkī which was a delicious finish to the meal.  The amount of butterscotch was just right.  I think I would have preferred this without the coconut flakes though: 9/10.

I loved the atmosphere of this place.  I felt like I was in Japan for the meal (except for having Peruvian servers).

One area of improvement I would highly recommend is with their service.  The original woman who took our drink orders just disappeared and we were left asking for help from other servers.  Though they seemed confused, they were kind to help us each time we flagged one down.

Not really Japanese food. It’s fish with rice and mainly mayonnaise and lots of cocktail sauce or sushi with lots of mayonnaise inside and topped with cocktail sauce. The bao was good but very very small compared to other places I ate it. Customer service was good, spoke a little English and we received our dishes very fast. They don’t accept credit cards payment. Only local currency.

Amazing nikkei food. I come here every time I'm in Lima. The sushi is so good and unique and everything is super fresh. I can never get nikkei flavors like this elsewhere, only in Lima. My wife really loved the ceviche, and she's a purist. I love everything about this place and I'll keep coming back!
