個人的にはソムリエさんにペアリングしてもらいお料理を楽しむのをおすすめします。
とくに魚介のお料理がとても絶妙な火加減で素晴らしかったです。デザートまで良質ともに心地よかったです。
お料理が出されるタイミングもオペレーションも非常に洗練されていました。

Personally, I recommend having a sommelier pair you with your meal and enjoy the meal.
In particular, the seafood dishes were cooked to the perfect level and were amazing. Even the dessert was of good quality and pleasant.
The timing and operation of the food was very sophisticated.

アミューズのカボチャのムーズ、中に帆立が入っていて凄く美味しかった！草が生えてるのもかわいい☺︎
子羊も旨みが凝縮され抜群の火入れでした。
デザートに関してはローズマリーが強すぎて(苦手なので)大好きな洋梨の味をかき消していたので残念でしたが、それ以外は美味しかったです。

The amuse pumpkin mousse had scallops inside and was delicious! The grass growing is so cute☺︎
The lamb was also perfectly cooked with concentrated flavor.
As for the dessert, I was disappointed because the rosemary was too strong (I don't like it) and drowned out the flavor of pear, which I love, but other than that, it was delicious.

令和６年５月土曜日ランチに家族３人で訪問。
梅田ＤＤハウスビルのすぐ脇、ダイコク薬局が入っているビルの地下1階。
ランチでもディナーと同じメニューを頂く事ができます。
ミシュラン１つ星に恥じない美味しさ。
見た目も『和』を感じさせるメニューが多い。
シェフの出身地である鹿児島の食材も使われている。これも美味。
ワインペアリングはシャンパン＋ワイン５杯で6000円と9000円。ワイン銘柄は同じで一杯毎の注がれる分量が60ミリと90ミリと異なります。
当方結構飲む方ですが、60ミリで適量でした。
温かい料理の皿が凄く熱く温められており、細部に気を使っている事が感じられました。

You can have the same menu for lunch as for dinner.

Many of the menu items have a ``Japanese'' feel to them.
Ingredients from Kagoshima, the chef's hometown, are also used. This is also delicious.
Wine pairings include champagne and 5 glasses of wine for 6,000 yen and 9,000 yen. The wine brands are the same, but the amount poured for each cup is different: 60 ml and 90 ml.
I'm someone who drinks a lot, but 60ml was the right amount.
The plates of hot food were heated very hot, and I could feel that they paid attention to the details.

少し前の3月頃に初めて行きました！

DDハウス隣の地下、「こんな所にあるの？」と思いながら入って行きました。
扉を開けると店員さんがご丁寧に出迎えてくれます！

お料理かなり美味しく、特に馬肉が美味しかったです。
季節によって内容が変わるようで、そろそろ再訪したいなーと思っています。

提供ペースも丁度よく、席数少ないのでこちらの様子にすぐ気づいて頂けるのも個人的には嬉しいです。

I went there for the first time around March a while ago!

It was in the basement next to DD House, and I thought to myself, ``Is this a place like this?''
When you open the door, the staff will greet you politely!

The food was quite delicious, especially the horse meat.
The content seems to change depending on the season, so I'm looking forward to revisiting it soon.

Personally, I'm happy that the pace of service is just right, and since there are only a few seats, you can notice what's going on right away.
