Not sure why they haven't got a Michelin star yet, need to finalize my thoughts for a blog or such, for now I'll just say that was amazing and good value for the high price.
I'll say tho, they are charging individually for the water and welcome drinks, even if you take the wine pairing which was a bit strange for me, but maybe this is how it works in Austria, not sure. But still, it was a great experience and I'll definitely visit again on my next trip to viena

Easily the best food I've ever eaten in my life. The layered flavours and the presentation were just beautiful. The staff were wonderful and the restaurant had a lovely vibe. (Yes it's expensive but it's a once in a lifetime dining experience!)

A wonderful meal tonight here! I’m so pleased that I spent the last evening of my week in Vienna at Jola. The platings are inventive, beautiful, and delicious. The service is impeccable but also i pretentious which is my favorite combination. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough. It is worth the indulgence.

It is hard to describe the attention to detail, passion and the good vibes we were met with when visiting Jola. We were indulged in an amazing variance of tastes, well combined with creativity paired with simple yet outstanding wines. It is a pretty long menu, but totally worth the time and effort to get till the end - yet another surprise kept coming in the form of the next creative dish.  Thank you for making us part of this culinary trip!

One of the best experiences I’ve had.  Whether you’re plant based or not make time to go here.  Each course was beautifully presented with details on where the locally sourced ingredients were from.  I will be dreaming about the sage chip amuse bouche for months.  Larissa and Jonathan were so kind as well- I mentioned it was my birthday and they lit a candle with my final dessert course.  I would come back in a heartbeat.
