On July 23rd, 2025, my friend Waree and I had the absolute pleasure of dining at Zuma in St. Tropez, and it was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we stepped in, the team, led by the exceptional restaurant manager Edinor, made us feel like royalty. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine passion for hospitality elevated the entire experience to a level we’ll never forget.

The culinary journey was simply unparalleled, with Zuma’s Asian-inspired cuisine showcasing creativity and precision that is truly one-of-a-kind. The highlights of the evening were the exquisite dishes that left us in awe. The tempura lobster was a revelation—perfectly crispy yet succulent, bursting with flavor. The sashimi was impossibly fresh, each slice melting in the mouth, and the Wagyu beef main course was a masterclass in indulgence, cooked to perfection with an unforgettable depth of flavor. Paired with a selection of premium sake, every bite and sip was pure bliss.

To top it all off, I had the best Americano cocktail of my life—a flawless balance of bold and refreshing that I’m still dreaming about. The evening concluded with a delightful birthday dessert variation, a thoughtful and beautifully presented surprise that added a touch of magic to an already perfect night.

Zuma St. Tropez is a gem, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit. A huge thank you to Edinor and her incredible team for creating such an extraordinary experience. We’ll be back—without a doubt!

Zuma Saint-Tropez was an amazing experience from start to finish. The vibe was perfect stylish, lively, and just what you’d hope for in a spot like this. We had the sushi and the tenderloin steak, both of which were absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. We ended the meal with the chocolate fondue, and it was the perfect sweet finish. The staff were attentive, professional, and added to the overall great atmosphere. Highly recommend for a chic night out in Saint-Tropez.

Zuma is one of my favorite restaurants to visit in any city i travel to and Zuma exist.

The food in Saint Tropez is the standard of Zuma but above average in taste. The service can be more attentive. The atmosphere is very nice specially after dinner in the rooftop.

The yellow tail is not the best. The crab salad is yummy as always in Zuma. The Wagyu was nice and cooked to order.

The rooftop open late and is a beautiful get away in St. Tropez.

Zuma Saint-Tropez is a true gem. The setting is simply stunning—elegant, open-air, and beautifully designed to blend Japanese sophistication with Riviera charm. The food is exceptional: every dish was fresh, creative, and full of flavor. The sushi, robata grill, and desserts were all standouts. On top of that, the service was flawless—attentive, warm, and genuinely welcoming. A perfect spot for a special evening. Highly recommended!

From the moment I sat at the bar, Jordan’s warm, confident presence set the tone. He took the time to understand my taste preferences and crafted cocktails that were not only beautifully presented but perfectly balanced and full of character. Each drink reflected his deep knowledge of spirits, ingredients, and technique — paired with just the right amount of creativity.

What stood out most was Jordan’s ability to blend professionalism with genuine hospitality. He’s not just serving drinks — he’s curating moments. Whether it was a reimagined classic or a custom creation tailored specifically for me, Jordan’s attention to detail and artistry were evident in every sip.
