I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during my vacation in Rome. The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the city. The staff provided a very warm welcome and were always helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommended!

Overall the hotel is very nice. The hotel is in a wonderful location, the staff is very friendly and the rooms are very clean. However, when my husband and I checked in we were told we were on the first floor. They then took us to our room and to our surprise they took us outside and down the street to some other building (an apartment building) where they have only 1 floor of hotel rooms. This was NOT mentioned anywhere on their website and none of the staff warned us when we checked in that our room was in this other building. We were very confused and uncomfortable being completely separate from all of the other guests, the staff and the amenities. We tried to shake it off since our room was nice and it was very secure. BUT the apartments above us were extremely noisy. All hours of the day and night. Kids running, furniture moving and doors slamming. We mustered up the courage to say something to the nice girl at the front desk, to which there was no resolution. Our last night the noise was horrible so we called the front desk to complain again - because we did not sign up nor pay this much money to stay at a hotel to then stay in a separate building and have to deal with the noise above us. If they hotel is going to have these few rooms separate they need to have it advertised on the website or mentioned when you book your room so guests are not blindsided like we were.

Location is quite perfect. Rooms are beautiful and bed was lovely and firm. Team were fantastic, well mannered and knowledgeable. Room serviced each day beautifully. Highly recommend, would stay again without a question.

The rooms were incredibly cheap, with a bed as hard as a rock. The portable air conditioner was weak and loud (definitely not up to 4-star standards), and the location near a busy street meant I was woken up frequently due to poor sound insulation. The elevator barely worked and could only fit two people when it did. The staff tried their best, but the manager was unprofessional and made things worse. Not worth the rating or the price."

I picked this hotel due to the reviews, but I’m not sure how it has such a high rating. I stayed at this hotel with my husband a few weeks ago and it was honestly the worst experience and so bad that we even had to switch hotels.

Firstly, the staff was so rude upon welcoming us to the hotel. Everyone can have an off day so my husband and I just brushed it off and went to our rooms. We spent the day exploring and upon returning for the night we had a really loud AC. We tried to turn it off, but then it would get way too hot in the room. In addition to that, the mattress was terrible. It was so firm that it hurt our back and we could not sleep. After a few hours during the middle of the night of the loud AC running, we went to ask the hotel staff if they could help us with either switching rooms or turning off the air conditioner and providing a fan. They scoffed at us and told us no to bot. At this point we had no choice but to leave the hotel and find a new one.

Overall, this hotel had terrible service, rude staff and terrible accommodations. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody.
