jag har aldrig ringt eller tänk på att ringa för jag är inte självmordsbenägen/deprimerad på något sätt. Men en sak jag upptäckt som jag tycker är ganska sjukt är att det har öppettider. Jag förstår att folk behöver ha ledigt och sånt men från 9-17? och helt stängt på helger? skojar ni? vad händer om någon vill ringa in kl 8 på en fredag kväll? då måste den vänta 2 dagar och om man värkligen vill dö så tror jag inte man orkar vänta så länge för ett samtal. Eller om någon behöver ringa mitt i natten? jag tror inte dom väntar tills det öppnar, det funkar inte så. Det borde vara öppet 24/7 eller åtminståne varje dag och om det inte går, fixa så det går.

i have never called or think about calling because i am not suicidal/depressed in any way. But one thing I discovered that I think is pretty sick is that it has opening hours. I understand that people need time off and stuff but from 9-17? and completely closed on weekends? are you kidding what if someone wants to call in at 8 o'clock on a friday night? then it has to wait 2 days and if you really want to die, I don't think you can wait that long for a call. Or if someone needs to call in the middle of the night? I don't think they wait until it opens, it doesn't work that way. It should be open 24/7 or at least every day and if it can't, fix it.
