Ordered over £135 worth of food and drinks. Once we ordered and paid someone came to our table to tell us that one of the fresh juices wasn't available. We were asked if we wanted to substitute it for another one to which we said sure. All our food arrived and the drinks never came. After 45 mins I had to speak to them to demand a refund. They were not busy at all. They had our ticket in the pile of tickets completed. Ridiculous.

Had to wait half an hour for two mediocre coffees - independents with the same amount of staff can go much faster, so unsure why the service is so abysmally slow. The server then took them to the wrong table, brought them back to the counter, and left the coffees there. A bizarre set up.
