Is it a restaurant? Is it a pub? Is it a cocktail bar? I'm not entirely sure, as I came on a Monday evening when there was a tube strike, and it was pretty empty. We went for gin and tonics though, and we were very impressed with the options. You'll find a page full of gins to choose from, and five or six different tonics to pair with the gin. We asked the bartender for his tips in choosing the right pairs, and we were all amazed at the differences in the combinations we tried. I look forward to coming back another time, even if it's just to figure out what exactly Balls Brothers is meant to be beyond a G&T bar.
