Past mid-night snack haha I guess the drinking got us hungry. I wasn't expecting this place with such rating because I thought the food was really delicious! And I can tell you it wasn't because I was super hungry but I don't think I was that hungry. Anyway, I would go back if I am ever visiting London again. :)

As the short review before me aptly and consisely puts it - Its big-standard stuff here. Its ok.

I had a lamb shish wrap and salad. The salad is so-so. The Lamb shish is good. All-in-all a standard experience.

Delicious! Flavorful, balanced, deliciously seared from the rotating doner machine, both the lamb and chicken meat were to die for. 

To help those who are new to this type of food: "doner" meat comes shaved off the giant rotating spit and "shish" meat comes from individual spears of cubed meats that sit uncooked, waiting for you to order. The latter obviously takes longer, and I think it's less juicy because it roasts over an open fire and dries out quickly. 

There are two sets of prices: take out and eat in. Take out appears to be about 20% cheaper. Would be 5 stars just for the food, but the prices are higher than average for take out kebabs even in this area (5.90 rather than 3 or 4), and the serving staff don't speak English as a first language, so they may have a hard time understanding you and vice versa. Tonight, they were grumpy and seemed to be arguing over fries.

Turkish cuisine can easily go wrong without well-cooked meat, fresh vegetables, and the perfect matching carb. Opuz Kitchen is great for takeout, quickly wrapping their ready chicken or lamb doner in a wrap or laid on a bed of rice and salad. I love the wrap that they use as it's a little thinner and doughier than a tortilla, but it's substantial enough to hold in a generous portion of meat and vegetables. I had the chicken shish, which took a little longer because it's grilled on the spot, but the chicken was a lot more tender this way and got some charcoal flavor on the outside. Their salads are extremely fresh, and I particularly like the red cabbage that adds a welcome acidity to each bite. If you're looking for a quick, fulfilling bite, Opuz is a good place to go!

I really like the Opuz, they serve delicious Lamb Doner and other turkish food at a fair price. The service is good and the waitress is nice. Don't miss it when you're out at Soho. A Doner can give you great support. :-) Enjoy it!

Love thai place. Best place for a Sit down Donner in London.  The chicken or lamb meat  is always fresh and succulent. The rice and salad  with lemon for dressing is a perfect balance to the meat and the chilli and garlic sauce served on the sides is moorish, just as well it's a good serving of both sauces. Now the bread is not what you would normally expect with a Donner. It wipes the floor with the woeful pitta bread. It's a light and fluffy bread that soaks up all the wonderful juices that come from the meat and sauces mixed with the lemon from the salad. God I love this place! 
The only problem with it, but it adds to the charm is how small it is. Sometimes can't get a seat. But then there is always the option to take it away!

I had a chicken shish here in a box with salad and chips.  Surprisingly the chips were rather good.  Well all of it really.  The price was fine for a West End lunch too.

Got the hummus and chicken kebab for two peeps it was perfect-.-great flavor good portions  Service. Well. Eh.  What do you expect for a place thats so reaasonably priced? I guess not much here!  I would def come back if i was in the area and wanted a quick healthy bite.

I wouldn't call this a bar at all, and I'm not reviewing it as such. But they serve The. Best. Kebabs. Ever. I wolf down 2 at least when my stomach is stinging after a drinking session in Soho. Mmmmm, it's making me hungry thinking about it
