Overall the experience at the hotel did not live up to my expectations for a hotel that costs this much.

* Please add more vegetarian and vegan options to your dinner menu. One option is not sufficient, especially for multiple-day stays.
* Please exercise caution with food service (a colleague found glass in their eggs, risotto was sometimes crunchy/not fully cooked).
* Please address the wet carpet issue (seen in other reviews over the last year).
* Please consider replacing the pillows. Mine were quite worn and uncomfortable.
* I recommend selling some basic need items and snacks given the distance from a drug store.

Listed as a resort online, didn't meet expectations. Business center one computer by the door, outside exercise was two bikes, no poolside food or drinks, lights in pool area were not working at night (unsafe), room shower broken, no spa and no easy way to get to fitness center or pool other than a busy road.

My stay at The Luxe Hotel was a great experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, professional, and attentive to every detail. The rooms are impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and offer a serene, luxurious atmosphere. What truly sets this hotel apart is the personalized service—they go above and beyond to ensure your stay is flawless. Whether you’re traveling for business or a relaxing getaway, The Luxe Hotel is a gem.

There's not much to say. The room felt l empty, and the swimming pool was far from the hotel and looked like a public pool. Nothing special. The only thing that stood up for me was the wall art. Hotel location is in a high traffic area with a lot of homeless people. I do not recommend this hotel, I don't think I will stay there again. Marketing shows very pretty pictures but is just good marketing.

This hotel was a real charmer—unexpectedly humble in its unedited shabbiness in a way that evoked pleasant memories of a roadside motel I once stayed in outside of Gettysburg, PA. The little wicker trash can in the bathroom appeared chewed on, the light switches were sticky, and none of the electric outlets worked which provided a calming sense of the harshness of reality even as I enjoyed the tucked away tranquility of its hilltop quarters. I would stay here again. I loved the walk up and down the hill from my isolated room to the main hotel area. I stayed facing the pool and heard no noise save for crickets and the news broadcast from the room adjacent mine, lending a sense of my childhood home. The staff were so personable and accommodating, particularly the valets, who made the addition of exorbitant unexpected fees almost justifiable as they were all so down to earth, humorous, and playful in spirit. I’m serious, the valets were so cool. The housekeeping service was HIGHLY personalized, spot on, and thorough. I attended an event which was absolutely lovely and the food was was delicious. I believe in this property. The location was prime, the staff were delightful, and there’s a lot of room for making it better and I hope it chugs along merrily to a better tomorrow. May we all.
