Detta är inte sushi ohata utan det är Wako Ohata. Lärlingen till Sushi Ohatas grundare har nu startat omakase i egen regi, i samma byggnad men en våning upp. Detta är inte för den känsliga magen, då några av de 16 rätterna vi fick var inälvor, råa musslor, sjöborre osv. Däremot väldigt vällagat och gott, men tjejen va inte lika imponerad. Däremot var sushin otrolig!
