Pros:
(1) Tasty food ~ the toasties are DELICIOUS (especially the Reuben & Rendang) and well-portioned.
(2) Good coffee ~ especially the Iced Latte & Espresso.
(3) Reasonable prices

Cons:
I was a tourist staying at the Four Seasons across the street and I visited this place twice during my stay. The first time was mid-morning (very busy) and the 2nd time was just after they opened (only one person waiting before me). It can get really busy in mornings around 8 - 10am. The service is still relatively quick considering.

Went out this Saturday, and not many cafes open in this area. Dutch Smuggler was able to give me my coffee fix and that Mi Goreng Toastie was very yummy

Compact coffee shop in the new Salesforce tower courtyard. ☕ Great coffee in Circular Quay is hard to find, especially one open on weekends (Gah, such a Sydney problem!) So, this spot is great for tourists and locals alike.

They use Lindt chocolate in their hot choccies and mochas. 🍫 Absolutely delish.

Outdoor seating. No indoor seating.

💁‍♀️ Hot tip: you're right in the middle of some great hidden gems! Look coming down the stairs at the historical artifacts found while building. And check out Underwood Lane for what's hanging above!

As for limitations, this isn't a sit down and relax Aussie cafe experience. Has delish food, but it's a bit on the quicker side.

Service is not good. No smiles from anyone or friendly greetings at all. They make you feel as though you’re inconveniencing them. They’re quite slow with the service, but in saying that, there was quite a line so must be cause they’re busy. I guess if you go at a time there’s not many people they’ll be faster. The sandwiches are okay, nothing special but not horrible, maybe I felt this way be used of the dry service. I probably won’t be back, solely for the service side of things. If they had better service and were nicer to customers I would’ve come back to give their sandwiches another try.

From arrival the woman who served us absolutely did not want to be there. She was so rude but we were starving and the toasties looked so good on others tables. We were wrong. It was dry and inedible. Photo attached. Ordered 2x ice latte’s and they were served with 3x pieces of ice and were warm. When asked for more ice it was like I told the server that I wanted a free meal. Service was terrible, the server just hates her job. (Glasses no name tag)
