This is Boutique hotel. Small but cozy. Rooms are big and good value for the money. First we had some expectation and reality difference, but a day after we see that this was probably the best choice for this budget. Breakfast was delicious. After feedback whole team have done their best. Of you'll have wifi problem, just ask for a device. You can see view from our balcony.

I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Splendide Royal Paris for two weeks in the Suite Elysée, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The room was incredibly quiet and comfortable, providing the perfect retreat after a day in the city. Breakfast was delightful, with a variety of delicious options to start the day. The hotel is situated in a very safe area, which gave me great peace of mind throughout my stay. The staff were attentive and made everything seamless. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a luxurious and peaceful stay in Paris!

My husband and I booked a Junior suite for our NY trip to Paris. Upon arrival, we were greeted with champagne. We were provided a room tour when escorted to our room. We ordered room service the following morning which was on time and delicious. Our room had not one but two balconies. The staff prepared to go coffees for my hubby and I every morning before we left the hotel to our daily adventure. So sweet!
The room was gorgeous. Bathroom was incredible! Closet was spacious and the décor was top-notch.
Hotel is perfectly located near the city center. Easy to walk anywhere! I will definitely be staying here again. We love Paris and visit often! We highly recommend it.

Magnificent hotel. Staff could not have been better. They were determined to make our stay special. The attention to detail is unequaled. The room amenities,  the view, the toiletries, the comfortable bed & chairs all just tremendous. Hats off to this hotel. Definitely go there. Definitely have room service breakfast . The restaurant has excellent food & impeccable service. The wine pairing was a bit pedestrian but truly an enjoyable experience. Highly,  highly recommended.

Our room itself was nice but there were things that did not work in our room.

We had no power in our room. The mini bar was hot, zero air was coming out of the vents. So NO airflow at all, our room was hot. One of our sinks was plugged. Could not get the bathtub to drain either.

We obviously got the wrong room. Was not enjoyable for a one night in Paris. Very disappointed. Took over an hour from the airport, definitely not convenient. The concierge on duty acted like it was our fault and honestly could care less that we were unhappy. We were an inconvenience to him!

No customer service at all once you ask for assistance. Would not recommend staying here for the money.

Ps. If you checked the mini bar it was only working because we had to turn it on. It was not running when we checked in.
Also, the air was not working when we were in our room. It was definitely very uncomfortably warm. Unfortunately, it was very unpleasant.
