We had the most wonderful dinner at Ad Hoc. The food was spectacular - especially the gluten free tasting menu matched perfectly with local wines. Lily and the other staff made the evening even more special with their attentive service and friendliness. I cannot recommend it highly enough. Just be sure to book well in advance. Grazie millie for a truly wonderful last dinner in Roma. We’ll be back soon tho.

We had “black truffle” and “by the Sea”tasting menu. Yes, you can mix and match between two people. The food are stunning and every bite is tasty. They are so generous with the quantity as well. We were so full but the dessert is also so tasty that we just force ourselves to finish. So I suggest don’t work on the bread and save some real estate place on your stomach before coming in. The setting is intimate but it can be better with more personal or artistic touch. The waitress and waiters are super nice and professional.

We had a great dinner with homemade fresh food, Fried zucchini flowers were the best we ate in Rome (not greasy)!, good wine choices, and all the Staff was professional and very friendly. We sure recommend this restaurant and will come back.

If I could give them 6 stars and a couple of Michelin ones I would.  We had taster menus which were paired with wines and although each course was small we walked away fully sated.  The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and described each course and the accompanying wine in loving detail.  Forget the tourist traps and eat here.

The service was excellent from the start. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a glass of champagne and a small appetizer from the chef. The food was delicious, with a unique and special flavor. However, to be honest, it used to be even better.
