Nice establishment with friendly staff. The portion sizes were medium. I was disappointed with the soup. It was very plain, had no additional ingredients, and nothing was served alongside it, not even bread or anything similar.

I ordered the fish & chips, and unfortunately, the fish was over-fried and it still had the skin on. It didn’t smell very fresh either, so I ended up leaving most of it uneaten. The dessert a warm apple crumble with ice cream was enjoyable.

Lovely spot in centre of Amsterdam to get the day started with a boozy brunch. We shared the smoked salmon and the carpaccio open sandwich. Absolutely amazing. Staff all lovely and very helpful. Service is quick too

A beautiful and spacious venue right in the city center. We managed to find a free table here on a weekend evening. The menu isn’t extensive, but what we ordered was fairly simple and quite tasty.

However! I ordered drinks and a burger, and a few minutes later, another waiter came over to take my friend’s order – he chose two dishes. Shortly after, our drinks were brought to the table, followed by the dishes my friend had ordered later, but my burger never arrived.

When it was time to pay, we mentioned this to the waiter, and they offered to prepare it, but it was already too late by then... A disappointing oversight, so I’m deducting stars for this.

Absolutly lovely little hidden gem. Found it almost by accident. Was look for somewhere nice to have a drink and saw this. Was truly surprised. Lovely atmosphere. Staff super friendly. A good priced pint of beer is not overpriced compared to other places in the same area. Food is absolutely spot on. Huge portions. Really lovely place

A great location only a minutes walk from the city square and had seating available without reservation on a Sunday evening.

A wide variety of foods and drinks available from the menu where portion sizes varied dramatically.

Customer service was mixed - some were attentive and friendly, some looked disinterested and wanting their shift to be over. Perhaps explains a theme noticed in other reviews of orders being missed. My meal arrived but my partners didn't and when queried, we were told that she never orded a meal..
It may lay to make sure the order is repeated back to you a few times to ensure it arrives.
