Excellent service. Very warm welcome from Albert, he was incredibly helpful and made our stay more comfortable. Louis was very helpful too, helped accommodate us whilst waiting for our return flight. Peter went out of his way to show my family and I around the building and gave us more information about the place. By far one of the best hotels with the best hospitality, the staff are a great attribute. Will definitely come back again.

Food was also lovely and rooms were clean with lovely decor.

Room is nice. Modern and nice to stay in. However, the doors / walls are very thin so you’ll hear footsteps and conversation throughout the night. Again, I haven’t stayed at a hotel with this problem.

In terms of service, only one person I interacted with on the staff was nice. Otherwise the person who checked me in wasn’t particularly warm and I was almost never greeted by people when I left or came back to the hotel during my visit. They didn’t acknowledge me which made me feel unwelcome. I haven’t experienced this at any hotel before and honestly it was surprising. Usually the people in the lobby say hello. I won’t be returning because of this.

In terms of location, it’s not walking distance most sites / restaurants in Barcelona. However that was my own mistake.

So far, so good. Great service, great breakfast spread, great employees. Hopefully, it stays that way. The junior suite is better value for money when compared to the deluxe rooms. The lighting in the deluxe rooms and most part of this hotel should be reviewed because it is too dark. We have enjoyed our stay and we will recommend it. We have two more nights here, so hopefully, it stays the same or even better.

Currently staying here at the hotel and just wanted to leave a comment on the service here. They should be congratulated on a spectacularly well run hotel, both professional and friendly. Had a few room issues which were dealt with on the day, but my experience of the staff in particular has been exceptional. Night and day in comparison to the San Francisco Grand Hyatt which I had the misfortune of staying at recently. Congratulations

This 5-star hotel is truly fantastic! Everything is beautifully curated, with great attention to detail. The rooms are incredibly comfortable, warm, and exceeded my expectations in every way.

This was my second time staying at the hotel, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. However, the only downside I noticed was the breakfast service. While the selection of food was vast and of excellent quality, the service wasn’t quite up to 5-star standards. We had to wait a long time to get hot beverages like coffee and cappuccinos. On the second day, we were even served undercooked pancakes, which we had to send back. Additionally, the cappuccinos could definitely be improved.

That said, I highly recommend the dining options for dinner. The new LENA  Restaurant is a fantastic addition, offering delicious food and nice atmosphere, a stunning rooftop restaurant with spectacular view. There’s plenty of choice for dinner, and the experience isn’t just about great food—it’s a feast for the eyes as well!

Despite the minor breakfast issues, this hotel remains an incredible place to stay, and I can’t wait to return. I just hope the breakfast service will be improved to match the rest of the extraordinary experience!
