The lounge is pretty big with a lot of seating areas. The decoration is so simple and depressing. The tables were full of dirty dishes and they take for ever to pick them up. The food selection was ok. Good selection of beverages.

Not the best lounge but also by far not the worst! If you ever fly in Canada or USA you'll find truly bad lounges this was fine in comparison. We did have to clear our table before sitting and it took a long time for staff to clean but she was by herself so understandable. Still better than sitting at the gate and the washrooms were clean so overall pretty good.

Worst lounge I’ve been in by far. Dirty, no glasses or plates available when I arrived and staff weren’t clearing any used crockery away and just walked on by. Avoid and use bar next door. Can’t believe BA has this disaster of a lounge as a partner.

This lounge has a lot of available seats for cutomers when I visited during 9 AM on Thursday.  As a result, it is quiet for customers who would like to take some relaxing moment before the flight.

Food offered includes bread, croissants, cookies, ham, bacon, scramble egg, fresh fruit, a full service coffee machine with latte, cappucino, mocha, etc.

In summary, a good place to relax with some food before the flight.

An okay lounge used by Air France-KLM alongside Priority Pass, Diners Club and others. There's ample seating and given that Terminal 2 is only used by a handful of airlines it wasn't crowded at all.

The food offering is mediocre with no fresh fruit/vegetable options and just a massive kettle of filter coffee. It does take a while before the buffet is cleared and replenished.

Location very convenient right above the security lanes (take a left after you pass security and head up the stairs past the dufry store).
