Very nice hotel. Nice staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Good location close to train station. Good breakfast. Very safe area despite some of previous comments. Several good restaurants in the area and very close and walkable to most sites.

This is a very nice hotel only blocks from the main train station and two short blocks to the lake promenade. The  room is in wonderful condition and the AC was ice cold. The service was  perfect as well and the price was excellent especially for Switzerland. Would definitely stay here again.

If you have the chance to stay at this hotel, don’t hesitate even one second. It is the nicest and cleanest place I’ve found out there as a traveler of many years.

Every room of the hotel, not only the reception, was clean, pretty and everything on point for our arrival.

But the very one detail that stood up in the midst of these beautiful rooms and services, was the Jersey’s Mottaz welcome. It was the kindest and loving interaction I had in the hotel, just a warm and caring person, taking everything into account and even when faced impossibilities or errors. Big up to that person, he will enlighten every question/thoughts you have in mind with confidence.

So in my opinion, one of the best hotels out there, including the reception, I highly recommend this hotel, you won’t be disappointed.

Overall a great experience for our 1-night stay. We accidentally booked the wrong night and the staff were extremely accomodating and rebooked us. When it came time to explore around, the staff didn't hesitate to provide recommendations and a map of the area. Not to mention assist us with the transit pass. Breakfast had plenty of light, delicious options from which to choose. Location was also very hard to beat - close to the train station and easy walking distance to all the downtown areas. Honestly if it wasn't for the extremely broken in/sagging mattress, this was worth of a 5-star review.

Very nice hotel. Good location, decent breakfast, very good service, nice and friendly staff. 100m away to bus stop, 500 m from Geneve train station, 200m from bus station. Next to a convinient store, and many restaurants around.
